I find that I feel a lot more sluggish after dd2, my metabolism hasn't picked up again like it did after dd1.
My friends all do a regular detox to kickstart themselves, but I don't know how safe it is breastfeeding? Is there a way to detox safely whilst breastfeeding?
Not really concerned with losing weight, more just feeling not so lethargic. I feel like I need a good cleanse lol![]()
