right as i was about to head outside it started to drizzle, then the sun shone for a minute & now it's greay again, instead i vac'd my room & did the dishes.
Am tidying my room then i will rush around & vac the lounge & hallway (work up a sweat to some music) then see what the weather is doing and head outside, it would be nice to get some fresh air.

I am also going to write down a food diary, i got some little exercise books from safeway yesterday for 5c so might just right a few things down in them, maybe even set myself some goals, find some inspirational quotes and things... HARD CORE...
