I start a programme called body trim on Monday. I have approximately 25 kilos to lose. My goal is the end of January.

Hi ladies! Sorry been slack in here.

I start off each day so well, then it falls in a heap later in the evening. Looking forward to the longer days, as I tend to do better with weightloss when it is warmer for some reason.

Astrid, I am the same. I have issues with cold weather, lol! I hate being cold and really crave comfort food (ie, unhealthy comfort food!), plus I'm not a huge fan of winter fruit and the veggies aren't to exciting for me either, lol. In summer, I love to be out and about and it is so easy to eat salads and fruits.
Keep plugging on though hun. It will happen. Just be aware of what you're doing and be truthful to yourself. If you have a crappy arvo, just start again tomorrow. It's better having half a good day than none at all, itms!

We have a veggie patch which is quite prolific over summer' so it kind if forces us to eat better. Can't wait till we have lettuce again. Reminds me there is broccoli to harvest.
