    WTG girls!!!

I used to have a Rugby League player as a personal trainer Sopdet, certainly helps lol.

AFM I am back on track this week. I did lose a bit last week after my shocker but I still have too many little bits to go. Holly's naming day is in 3 weeks and while I hate hate hate putting a time limit on it all, I would like most gone by then. Went back to tai bo on Monday after an all clear from the GP (for the separation issues).....oh wow....hurting....lol so to help it a bit DS and I went hiking yesterday. Up a mountain There's lots of those here.

I feel so blah right now. Just had McDonalds for lunch and feel crappy. Certainly not eating it again anytime soon. Definitely not worth the potential weight again that's for sure. Just had yummy fresh fruit for arvo tea trying to get rid of the blah feeling.
Weigh in is in the morning - wonder what I'm going to be tomorrow?

Went to the doctor yesterday - I am 6kg heavier than last time I was weighed 2 years ago . He measured my waist, I just come in under the limit. I've really got to do something serious and slim down!
Have a series of bloods next week just to check incase it's something else. I get that I eat crap. But when I stop eating crap, my body doesn't seem to want to let go of the weight.

Sopdet that is awesome Well done!!!!

I weighed in on Sat and lost another 1.1kg So that is a totally of 6.4kg so far!!!! I'm so proud of myself!!!!

Now I really need to get working on introducing exercise. I am losing the weight but I am not loosing it from my flabby wobbly bum/hips & thighs.

    How is everyone travelling?

I lost 1.9kg this week. I'm still in a bit of shock over this. 4.3kg since start of the 12wbt. This weekend I get to do my measurements & fitness test - these will be the measure on how well I'm going.

AND this is my 5,000th post on BB

Yay Sopdet, two things to celebrate!! Hehe, congrats on your loss, and BB posts!

I am up and down with how I am doing. Last week I managed to lose 1.2kg, then the next day started eating unhealthy foods again for a few days and stopped exercising, and today, after eating well yesterday and today, I have regained 600g. Bleugh. I hate being so inconsistent! I am back to counting my calories these past two days, so hopefully I will get back on track. Though today I feel like I could very happily devour a block of chocolate. I am convincing myself it's not what I REALLY want. Mentally I know it, but my taste buds are fighting with all they're worth! Plus AF is due, DS2 and DD are sick and I am coming down with they're cold too, so it's a bit of a miserable day! Though I am being very productive with my cleaning today, so at least I am achieving something!

I hope everyone else is doing better than me! Happy Wednesday everyone!

I just cannot lose weight! I lose a tiny bit - 1kg then next thing I know, it's back on again! I just don't know what is going on with my body, it's so frustrating!!
I don't know what to do - I've been really strict with my eating, very, very strict, and walking most days plus a bit of other exercise, but nothing!
