Ammaki, it is an All Star Workout, I think on the Discovery Health channel at 9:30 am - same time as Crunch. They have different ones every day, bit of pot luck with what you get.

Good luck to all weighing in tomorrow! I weighed in today and lost 200g. Happy with that!

GINGER _ The WW icecreams are really yummy & they are pretty good in points as well, definitely get some! I love the chocolate sundaes. I also love the WW Belgian Eclairs, they are sooooo delish!!!

TIME4MYSELF _ WTG on the weigh in! A loss is a loss is a loss!

AMMAKI _ I love how you have to keep checking your progress! I'm just bout to e-mail you the pics.

MR SQUIDIPA _ I was just going ot post what you said! I have noticed a pattern in my WW log that tells I eat the majority of my points over breakfast & lunch & then a small points valued dinner. I am liking how I did this without even thinking!

NAI _ It could be lots of things darl, don't beat yourself up, just correct it from now.

I have had an ok day, but a day where I'm continually thinking of what I can put in my mouth for some reason. Today has been the first day when I have really found myself hungry & wanting to eat everything. I have just logged all my points in & I have 1 spare one, so that isn't enough to go stupid on, so I figure it's not worth it. I'm just looking forward to a nice cuppa at the end of a very loooooooong week!

    xx

Oh my goodness... I just discovered skinny cow icecreams... 80 calories, no added sugar, 98% fat free. But somehow, amazingly, still actually manages to taste like real icecream and real chocolate!

Anyone have ideas on where I might be able to weigh myself tomorrow if we can't find the scales?

BW- You could just go into target, they sell scales and you could just get some out of the box and have a go! LOL! Good luck.

BW - I always see those scales in the public bathrooms at Westfield type shopping centres or chemists where you put $1 in and weighs you, and think to myself "who on earth is weighing themselves here?!" . . just think - that could be you!!!

BW, do pharmacies still have scales for public use? I guess all the ones doing kate morgan or similar will have them.

I like the sound of the skinny cows! I'm trying not to buy a lot of the ww desserts as I find if I have them I eat them when I probably wouldnt have looked for them if they werent in the house. KWIM? I end up eating more if they are there cause "they're healthier" Plus they do seem to all have artificial sweetners.

Time, 200g is good. I reckon as long as the scale is going down anything is fantastic! Especially if you dont have a lot to lose anyway, as it comes off a bit slower.

Ginger, I lost 500g two weeks in a row so I guess I'm aiming to match that or more each time

I've done ok today. I have 2.5points left plus I earned an extra 2 from walking so I can still have something.... what though? Hmmm so many naughty options

I don't think I've seen one of those things for ages, Sas! Gawd, I don't think I could do it publicly, it was hard enough last week popping on the scales at DH's work with DH watching!

BW do any of your friends have their scales out in their bathrooms? You could "pop into the bathroom for a moment" LOL.

Sazza I saw Skinny Cow icecreams yesterday at Woolies. I went with the WW tubs though - because there are only 2 in a pack... for the same reason as you LOL.

Jayne did you have a quiet day yesterday? I find that when I have nothing to actually do, that's when I start thinking about food. Seems you still did well though to come in under your points! WTG.

Cherished I didn't know you could buy thongs with support! I might check them out for my dh. Oh, are there mens ones as well as womens?

I was happy with my 200g yesterday as I didn't really exercise much last week. My goal is 15, and I've lost 6 so I figure it's going to start to slow now anyway. One more kg and I'm back to where I was this time last year - that's my mini goal.

Hi everyone hoping you all have a great start to the weekend. I have a party today. Not sure how I will go trying to avoid bad food when all my fav salads will be there (potato bake, wombok, creamy pasta etc =yum) going to be hard. And its at night so I can go for a walk afterwards unless its laps around the lounge room.
I tried one of those scales in westfield and it took my money and didn't even work. So I was one of those ladies lol
AliBaby I have also being one of those ladies who have weighed herself on a new pair in the shop with no intention of buying them. I do however own some now.
BW the skinny cow icecreams sound yum. Might have to try them.

Hi guys,. Hope everyone is having a happy healthy weekend! My week seems to be going well. I actually haven't tracked my calories the last couple of days because I know I am way under and don't want to see a whole heaps of calories I 'need' to eat IYKWIM. But I will track today as don't want to get out of the habit. I was hoping for a 500g loss this week when I weigh on Tuesday but I have upped it to 1kg. Here's hoping I hit it!
I don't think I've seen one of those things for ages, Sas! Gawd, I don't think I could do it publicly, it was hard enough last week popping on the scales at DH's work with DH watching!
LOL! I weigh on my wombat scales at work and the other day I went in and got them all set up and everyone gathered round thinking I was going to weigh the wombats. I had to tell them to bugger off so I could weigh myself!

Anyway my goal this week is to learn how to make sushi at home. And get my eyebrows plucked and lashes tinted. My excuse is that I can't pluck them myself with a broken thumb. Looking forward to some pampering though.

Anyway see you all in the next couple of days.

Hey guys, Will try and become a regular poster again.... and i think this is the thread for me!

I have now finished having babies so I am on the hunt to lose 20kg to start with...but 30 would be awesome. Although according to BMI and my short height, my "ideal' weight is about 50kg less than what I am now! How scary is that.

I have joined the gym and have been every day for the past 5 days and although my legs are KILLING me, i actually enjoy the solo time there.

Would love some hints and tips regarding eating aspect rather than just the exercise and I am about to take note of all my body measurements too

Well, you could knock me down with a feather today!

While out shopping I did see one of these scales in the ladies toilets - but my wallet was in the pram outside with DH and there was a queue six deep so that wasn't going to happen.

DH did dig out the scales from the garage this evening, though. He says they lie - they measure way too high (he's not liking being 108kg!). I jump on and immediately tell him they lie as they read too low! 70.5kg! Bring on the sixes real soon!

Go BW!! That's the kind of suprise you want to see when you look down at the scales! It's a shame you didn't weight yourself in the public toilet though - what, wearing shoes, probably jeans or other heavy clothes, and a interested array of onlookers - I'm sure it would have been a fabulous experience

Mr Squidipa - Great to hear about such a noticeable result in your health! I sometimes forget about anything but the numbers (shallow ) but overall it is those things that are the real reasons for getting thin and healthy isn't it.

    Hi there everyone,
I'm just wondering if it's ok to join your support group?

I'm only on day 3 of my diet - I'm trying the Belly Fat diet - and so far it's going ok (although dh left an opened can of coke in the fridge , and i just had to have some. I took 2 sips though and tipped it down the sink )

BW - I got some scales out of the cupboard a couple of months ago and weighed myself on the carpet. I got the shock of my life when the scales said I was 15kg over what i thought i was, and I didn't tell my dh because i was so embarrassed. I eventually told him, and he told me to weigh myself again on the tiles. I then did a happy dance and went and pigged out!!!

Anyway, looking forward to sharing the journey with you all (and getting to know you a bit better)

LOL I always think that too! hehhehe

Danni & JaJa, well done tipping that coke down the sink I'm not into the fizzy drinks but I used to think when I did drink them when I was out in a bar in my younger days that each can was like eating 6 teaspoons of sugar and it limited my alcohol consumption too

BW YAY for 6's you will see one really soon... I am still on the wagon to get back down to 6's myself.. woooohooo "we can do it"

T4M yeah the thongs are great! they did have mens ones which were brown and the womans are an olive colour so pretty neutral to go with anything... I've told dh he need to get some of them because he also lives in runners in summer and it'll be nice to let his feet get some air of a hot day

AFM no change on the scales yesterday and today which is disappointing but I am still sitting on a 700gram loss this week, hopefully tomorrow there will be even more of a loss
