I am so knackered tonight, I am about to fall into bed - but I just had to pop in here and say YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH LEESA!!!!!!!!!!! That's awesome. .

I'm so happy for you - we can party in the 50's club together!!

Really hope to be back tomorrow for a proper post & catch-up... but in the interim, go ladies, go! Oh and I did 60 mins in the bike instead of 45. Yah!

It’s a really good step to break the objective downward into 4kg plenty. After having my DS I lost 5kgs - not still setting a genuine aim in the start. My purpose was to 'look good. I didn't even have a digit of kilo's I required to lose.

Ok weigh-in this morning, another 0.4kg loss (I'm like the turtle lol, just pegging away). Puts me on 9.5kg lost. Next goal... the big 10kg!!!

And another 1cm off my waist yay.

Tinsel - I'd love to be 10cm taller too. I remember when I was a kid I used to lie in bed & dream that I'd miraculously get some strange disease that would make me grow . Great stuff with your plans on what to do!

Holy Dooley this thread is alive!! Busiest its been since I've joined (and lets just say I've been around here a lot longer than I like to admit! Ha!)
I'll try and do personals, but if I miss you, im sorry!! x

Belfie - You and Leesa are bloody awesome! Do you have just a regular exercise bike? And where do you keep it? My Mum has one, but Ive got a feeling it won't be missed if i borrow it for a while! I've got the perfect little nook in my lounge room for one too. Hmmm Do you watch TV while on it?? That's what I'd more than likely to, designate myself a tv show everynight that I wanted to peddal to. Well done on another 400 grams! Skinny minni! x Hope those 12E bras start fitting more perfectly soon too. I sympathise with your cup size. Big boobs are a pain in the butt! I'm a 14F.

Sammie - Good on you for having some fruit last night as opposed to some chocolate! Its small changes like these that see big results! I often think of that ad on the telly, about becoming a "swapper". When DH is having a little packet of chips, I "swap" mine for a serve of rice crackers. Still yummy, crunchy, salty - but far better for me! Keep "swapping" and you'll feel better for it too. And an awesome start on the DVD. Leesa has talked before that she does her workouts via DVD, once all her kidlets are asleep (hence the reason she is looking so fabulous!), so they clearly work well!

Tinsel - I love the weekends for exercise too. So much easier when Daddy is home from work, hey!? Hope you have a lower number on the scales come weigh in day

Miss K - Yes I'm curious how the nutritionist went too???

Livvy - So excited for you to hear that those Pilates lessons are sculpting your legs into hotness! Totally agree with Leesa too, lol, that headcold doesn't mean you have to eat those naughty foods! Soup is awesome, and will hopefully make you feel a bit better. Get well soon babe x

Leesa - I find that so unusual that people could do an "attack" class just for fun! LOL! I am clearly more unfit then I realise! But I do find it facinating... I love watching people jog too. Do you ever go jogging?! One day that will be me jogging! Well done on the extra 100g loss. You'll be at around 58 before you know it, never to return to your 60's again. Unless of course a surprise bundle number 4 comes alone??

Starbright - I'm not too sure on your question about the exercise. I see it as, some is better than none, right?? Keep up the hard work, and if time permits you to do it in one go - hell yes! I've heard good things about CK for tracking?? I'm on the ww points plan, cheap (as I have everything I need, so am not an actual "member" of ww), and its working. At the end of the day I'm finding its my portions that are all out. You can eat healthy - but if you eat too much healthy, you're not going to see much result. It sucks I know. It's all about moderation - even eating the good foods in moderation

Mildez - Well done on the 800gram loss! And HELL YES you can get below 80 by the end of July! Keep up that hard work! Loading firewood would be hard work - I can totally appreciate how much that would have hurt, lol!

PumpkinZulu - Welcome to our busy group!

AFM - Nothing really to report. Boring I know. I took all my measurements for the fatchicslim challenge, so am looking forward to comparing them in 6ish weeks time! Official weigh in on Monday. Really hoping I'll get back into my 80's then, but we'll see. If I do it means I would have had to lose atleast 1.5kg for the week. Am I the biggest gal in here??? Everytime I read someones weight I think, "can't wait to get there!!!" LOL! my first goal is 83, which is what I was when I got home from my honeymoon in November last year. Atleast once I'm there I'll be able to fit into my normal clothes again! Then once I'm there, 73 will be my next goal. Breaking it into smaller chunks so I dont get lost in the numbers. Can't wait, and so excited to be in this frame of mind!

Keep up the hard work ladies! Hope to see "less" of you here! (I mean weight wise, lol)

    x
