Tanstar thanks for tell me its not a diet. I keep telling myself it is and soon I'll be where I want and can eat what I want again PMSL. Like I'd stay where I want to be if I do that.

3LM I too have been in and out of this thread from before I got pregnant, then another pregnant one I ignored and gained like 30kilos when pregnant and then this one on and off too since DD was born. But on the good note most times I come back in here I am down a little from when I was the time before. When I first came in her when DD was 6ishweeks old I was 88kilos and now I'm under 80 so I'm so happy with that considering I often end up bigger then I was the weight loss effort before the current one IYKWIM. BMI is getting close to a health range so all in all I secretly know I'm doing well to be at this stage when bub is 4months old. Great to hear your sticking at it after a knock down. Its so hard to leep it up sometimes and that first week I always find the hardest.

SB about slapping my husband heres a good one lol. I told him he wasn't supporting my efforts to loose weight and he said he is because he woke me up at midnight from a shag to help me burn calories. I should't be so hard on the poor man. He watched bub whilst I went for a walk/run and gave me some money without me asking so yeah I can splash on some more healthy food. I think maybe he might accept it now I don't know. I guess its too early to get excited yet. Woohoo on the loss this week.

MNB sounds like you have made some really dramatic changes to your diet habits. Hope your rewarded with a great loss this week. I too was in habits like that with the lollies although mine was buy a large chocolate and eating it all in a 2kms drive home so DH didn't know I did it.

I went for a walk with some run intervals today on my own. 1st time for everything right? I was able to go as DD was sleeping and DH was home prior to going away for the week. I can really notice my fitness has improved and OMG I have so much more energy. I actually run about 300m first up when last week I struggled to job 50m and I don't feel as jiggly (except the poor boobs) I went heaps further in the same space of time and did alot more run intervals and actually felt a little free-er in the joints then I did last week. What a difference a week makes. I also managed to do 8 push ups. Last week I was stuck on 3 and then I hung the washing out and then did another 5. Its still incredibly hard but what a difference a week of exercise makes. And you should see my calves. I'm not saying I like them but I've been doing alot of the step plus one the wiifit and they look and feel so different. Maybe even a little buff hehe. I still have a long way to go but what a change already. Even the cellulite is only half as bad as it was 2weeks ago. I get so excited until I see how much more I have to go.
