*sigh*
I have to join this thread because I need support. And help. I'm over 100kgs now (far out brussel sprout) and that would be ok if I were say... oooh 6 foot 7, but considering I'm about 14 inches under that height.... I need to get this off. I'm definitely not happy with the way that I look. I hate that I have fat rolls on my back that I can grab with my hand if I wanted to - more rolls than a bakery I say!!!
So I have my thermomix now, and its going to be soooo hard not to be tempted to whip up a custard but I am going to try and keep it on the healthy side of things. My main aim is to reduce the amount of food that I shove in my gob, I always seem to be hungry, even when I'm eating!! Not sure if thats the breastfeeding doing it, but gawd I pack away a lot these days.
So my thoughts are for now - switch sweet biscuits with rice crackers (bye bye tim tams and monte carlos!), have more soups for lunch (homemade chicken soup) and then for snacking, make my own hommus to have with the rice crackers. More fruit and vegies. More water (I'm shocking at drinking it). If I feel like nibbling on something, grab a stick of chewing gum. Try to walk up the street at least 3 times a week (which is 3 times a week more than I'm currently doing...)
So if anyone has any good, easy, quick lunch ideas and snack ideas - chuck them at me. I don't think our nightly meals are too bad, we do have pasta but only twice a week, and I limit my servings with that anyway.
So yay - here I am?
