Thanks Mothergoose :) You are awsome to be sticking at your PT sessions, expecially when you are hating it! It makes it even worse when you are sore too :wall: I find having a big scoop of magnesium powder before I go to bed helps with recovery and muscle soreness.. Do you take any?
Well after my workout I had my very nutritious smoothie for breakfast than I spent 3 hours cleaning the house woohooo... Than I DID make up a sweet & sour stirfry with rice, tofu & veggies which is really yummy and I think it will make about 3 meals to put into the freezer, so happy I have made a start on those freezer meals and feel great because I've eaten well so far and my house is clean :)
