If you have been doing regular exercise before pg then you are ok to continue it, just listen to your body and don't push hard when it's telling you to pull back a bit. However, if you were not into regular exercise, now is not the time to go on a fitness campaign Stick to low impact, low intensity stuff like walking and swimming rather than marathon running or weight lifting and you will be fine. I'm sure fitball & pilates are fine, just make sure your instructor knows you're up the duff and can change any exercises if needed.
Be careful on the fitball as your tummy grows; pregnancy can throw out your balance a bit. Walking is great - so is swimming if you have access to an indoor pool and pilates is wonderful.
Hun, go to Big W and grab yourself a pair of 1 or 2kg weights to help tone your arms up - I got mine for $10 each and they're really low-intensity and easy to do, even while sitting on the couch watching TV My arms haven't looked this decent in years. Not sure about other exercise, but as far as arm work goes, you should be fine to keep going with low weights as there's not a lot of strain put on you, kwim?
