toss that in as a little aside hoping we wouldn't make a big deal of it were you MG???? Well done on joining the gym and giving D a shock  Well done for behaving as well :p

MG!!! Woohoo well done on going to the gym and joining!!! :cheer:
Hello everyone
Mothergoose, so sorry to hear about the cold you are still suffering from, its not much fun, I have been lucky so far not to have one *touch wood*, but CONGRATS on joining the gym!
AFM - Did my official weigh in and measurements today, wasnt as bad as I thought but still not satisfied - Its my first session of combat this afternoon, so very very excited, I didnt do the X-Trainer though which Im not happy with BUT Will be on there tomorrow, as I remember to set my alarm tonight! My biggest tempation which I can never resist is having a bowl of ice-cream EVERY night after dinner lol, Im hoping once I start to exercise every night I wont want to waste all my hard work on those yummy calories! Any tips anyone on helping me beat this evil?!
Also, where does everyone have their X-Trainer, treadmills etc at home? Mine is in our spare room, with no TV or anyhting so I find I get bored very easily and at that time I dont want to be listening to music; I would like it in the lounge but its too big Im thinking of moving it into our bedroom so i can watch morning news while doing the workout!?
:leap: MG for joining the gym.
Welcom Tan..I don't have anything at home like that. DH has a weights set and he keeps it in our Toy room.
Eluned..sorry to hear your hip is still not good. An Osteo is good as they do a bit of physio and chiro. Some remedial masseurs are great too.
nellnell..how is your training going?
Hope everyone is staying active :)
I went to Attack yesterday. It has really been stepped up quite a bit. Quite a few people in the class are really struggling with the increase in intensity!
So here is my new training regime..Monday-Pump, Wednesday-Combat and Sunday-Attack.
I decided to put Pump in as I already have the other two for aerobic and at the moment Tess is feeding at 11am so the Spin wouldn't have fitted in with her on the Monday. I didn't do Pump this morning as I have DS1 home from school with croup (first day back here for us Victorians).
So this week will be Combat on Wedensday and Attack on Sunday. That should keep going for a while  I will NEED to do Attack on Sunday and absolutley smash it as I am going to High Tea at the Windsor on Saturday with the Melbourne BB girls
:cheer::cheer: Gooo Fitness Chat Team :cheer::cheer:
Tan, the easiest way for me to avoid temptation is to not have it in the house. If it's not there then I can't eat it. :) I have a xtrainer at home and it sits in our loungeroom. Usually the TV is on but I tend not to watch it as it doesn't distract me enough, so I read instead, usually a magazine or a book. Do you get to Perth at all? There is a high tea being organised for August.
Heather, I think I will check out an osteo. How are you finding exercising and feeding? Does it affect your supply at all? It's one of the things that's holding me back. I'm a bit scared to push myself into heavier excercise in case it lowers my supply.
AFM, I got out my stretching book and tried to pinpoint which muscle is giving my hips grief at night and I'm pretty sure it's my piriformis and I've found stretching that out feels soooo good.
Eluned, I'm glad the stretching is helping! I'm so amazed you can read and use the xtrainer! I'd fall off!
Heather - awesome workout plan! I will do classess one day!
Tan - my treadmill is in the garage. It used to be in the spare room downstairs but we needed that space for DD's party so it got moved to the garage and has staid there since. I love listening to music whilst I train so am fine. I usually stare off into space anyway!
Well girls, I'm still recovering from my cold. Stupid thing! No training since Fri and I'm feeling it. I'm so sluggish today! Off to the gym tonight - I really don't want to go for a whole heap of reasons including CBF'd... but I will go! Then come home and crash! PT tomorrow morning... Gym Wed, Thurs, and Fri after work. Hopefully I pull up ok at the end of the week with little or no issues!
thanks eluned, i think thats whats going to have to happen. Might get DH to move the X-Trainer into our bedroom tonight when I get home.
Nope dont get to Perth very often, wont be down there until December for holidays, well in Albany for two weeks then in Perth for a week.
Congratulations on finding the problem to your hips. Im so not clever enough to work that stuff out!
Hi guys Im joining here as I have finally joined gym and loving it!
I go everyday (except Sunday not open) and do cardio and weights.
I did the Bodyvive class this morning and went back this afternoon for an hour of cardio and then a circuit of weights
Welcome Rhyb!
Well girls, the gym sucked last night. I've NEVER seen it so packed. EVER. It was horrid. people were actually waiting for cardio equipment (luckily I didn't have to). But those who know me well will know what that meant for me. I struggled to make myself go in... especially after the rude girl at the desk and having to spend 15 minutes fixing paperwork that was done incorrectly last week! As I was doing paperwork, D walked in. He had a PT session with a client. He came over to check on me at the desk which unnerved me a little... but was also good because I knew if push came to shove, he'd be there.
Went into the gym, got on a treadmill and I was surrounded by people. Seriously. EVERY piece of equipment was taken. The girls on either side were pencils and running. I wanted to run but knew better. I warmed up then increased speed and incline all the time cursing my cold. Then the unthinkable happened. My hip wrenched. I was devestated! But I kept going (yeah yeah, I can feel all those slaps and hear all those groans!). But I did decrease speed and incline. It felt like it was my hip flexor that gave out on me. I tried hard to pull all my muscles in and keep going but could feel a limp. I wanted to cry. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill (I;m not telling how much of that was after my hip went ;)) and then did 10 on the xtrainer. I had wanted to miss xtrainer and do bike because of my hip but all the bikes were in use. So I hit the xtrainer. It was mediocre but I got through. Then I went home. No stretching until I got home. It was far too crowded for me.
I had PT this morning and thankfully D didn't say anything about last night. We chatted about my friend he trains who is also injured (she wanted me to talk to him about something) and then I told him about my hip. He was disappointed for me. Not as much as I am though. Then he gave me a little grief about not reaching my goals today that he set out... but I was too sore! He understood though. But damn I wanted to kick him! Right now my hip is aching as is my lower back (which will be a response to the hip). I think it needs a good stretch which I will do. But I'm concerned that if it is this uncomfortable WITH my meds... what would it be like without?! I better not be relapsing!
Oh, and my shoulder is playing up again. I got lectured about the rehab for that. Have to step that up because I struggled with basic things today. D thinks it's just because of my cold. I hope so.
I will try and get some more cardio in this afternoon to make up for the lack of time last night. Depends on what time DH gets home as I have early start tomorrow so need to go to bed earlyish.
Hope everyone is staying active!
Leesa, I AM going to email/PM you hon.
MG
Oh MG that sounds terrible! How are you feeling today? I hate hate hate when the gym is packed, we only have one gym in town so ours is like that alot of the time, but I have finally figured out now when the best time to go is so generally get to have 1/2 hour on the treadmill before all the shift workers start rolling in after work.
PS. Cannot beleive you were still thinking about "doing more cardio to make up for lack of time last night" you are maaaaaaaaaaaad woman!! hahahaha
AFM - Went to attack (combat was cancelled because instructor was sick) on Monday night, moved X-Trainer into bedroom and did 5kms on it yesterday morning then had a 2 hour netball practice last night so didnt sleep AT ALL last night so never did X-Trainer today, but have another attack session tonight, which im really looking forward to :-)...started feeling better already and straight away have changed my meals to eating less and having only cereals or shakes in the morning.
Rhyb - welcome
It hasn't effected my supply at all. I feed her before I go, make sure I drink and eat plenty to compensate for the high impact and it seems fine. This morning I did Combat and fed her when I got home, she got off to look at the TV and it was squirting her, so I am pretty confident she is still getting plenty after that
Well done on working out which muscle..that is a huge advantage!
Tan: Must be something with Combat instructors at the moment, we had a different one today as the usual one has lost her voice (she participated in the class as one of us still).
Welcome rhyb :) You are very keen going everyday. My gym has some competition or promo on at the moment called the 30 day challenge, 30 classes in 30 days.
MG: I hate hate hate it when the gym is packed. I find the best times are usually Sunday mornings and as I go during the week during the day, it's usually pretty good then too. Don't get frightened off now ;) Best thing to do when it is packed and you want to use equipment is put your music on and tune out and go your own pace or watch the TV (our gym has one up for the equipment area).
And :o be careful!! You don't want to over do it and never go back.
Enjoy the rest of your week everyone :D
NO CHANCE! I spent an hour in there today! I had a training session at work today and we got off an hour early! (WOOT!). My plan for tonight had been to go at around 1900hrs but I went straight home after work and then straight to the gym after getting changed. When I got there it was relatively emptyand but I still jumped on the treadmill in the corner - after my incident Monday night on the other treadmill's, I thought I should go where I felt safe. I did 20 min on the treadmill, then 10 on the crosstrainer, 10 on the bike (and man did I work on that!!!!!!! Managed to get my HR to 163!) then back on the tredadmill for 15 minutes and then cool down before collecting DD from creche. My hip and back held up well although the first 20 min were uncomfortable. Strangely (well maybe not so strange for me), I couldn't feel any stretches in my legs after my session. So I came home and did more stretching and then used my spike balls to dig into the muscles. I also used it on my shoulder which is playing up after PT yesterday... and all I can say is OW!!!!!!! It bloomin' hurt! It hasn't resolved my shoulder issues unfortunatley...
Heather, I think I will try Sunday morning this week... I have to make up 30 min I missed the other night.
How is everyone doing?
Eluned - how is your hip/back?
MG - my FB PM didn't upset you did it? I haven't heard back from ya and I'm hoping I haven't offended you? Hmmm, maybe the classes aren't as packed ;-)
Hi Eluned, Heather, Tan, CQ, Nettie & Leckert! All being good I hope ladies? Winter - where are ya chic??
Welcome Rhyb!!! Awesome to see ya hear! I can't imagine how you get the time hun, you must be super mumma!!! :-D
Sorry for the short message, I have been more active this week - exercise is a great stress relief eh? It's done me very well this week!
Heather, that's great to know. Going to push myself a bit harder now and see how I go.
MG, my hips are being quite good, although I'm noticing a niggly pain in my pubic joint with any sudden movement. It's kind of a catch 22 because the more I'm exercising, the better my hips feel but my pubic bone gets sore. If I exercise less, pubic bone is great, hips get sore! I'm super proud of you for going to the gym!!! *high five*
Welcome rhyb!!
Well ladies right now I am on the cross trainer - love my iPhone!!! Been on for 25 minutes, done 6.6km so far. I cover up the display otherwise I just feel like it's dragging. So I have the tv on, my iPhone and a good book (lance Armstrong it's not about the bike).
If the weather is good tomorrow I'm going to walk to playgroup with kids in pram and try a bit of jogging.
i have started up walking again and after just 2 days i am feeling alot better i have more energy to do things
Well had a dodgy night tonight. Last night I went with DF's gym junkie Rhiannon hating sister to gym and boy am I never doing that again. She whinged when I did 20minutes on the bikes (I like to do an hour of cardio) so I gave in and did weights with her (in my 20mins she did the rowing machine for 5mins, did the treadmill for like 10mins max and spent the rest of the time staring at me sweating my ass off til I gave in). She then decided I needed to work on my abs and was pretty snarky about it and I honestly couldnt do half of it cz it was hell on my ceasar scar. After the 45mins with her I was in agony close to tears and today at gym I could barely manage half an hour on the bikes due to the pain :(
Going to give tomorrow a miss and focus on housework and hit gym again friday methinks.
Hello ladies :-)
Rhyb - that sounds terrible honey, Im so sorry she made you feel like that, do you usually take her with you?
MG - You are so inspirational I love it
Eluned - Im like you I cover the display too cos it does take for ever, I like to watch tv, I have found that I actually am getting to work earlier as I am getting my morning news in earlier, so thats good for me.
Leesa - You are right exercise is the BEST stress relief, cos no matter how frustrated you are you can go in and pound the pavement or punch the bag so hard that your troubles just seem to melt (or better, sweat) away!
AFM - Went to attack last night and also done another 5kms on the x-trainer this morning, loving that exercising again is making me eat properly, went to McDonalds at lunch time with my Mum and niece, but had the healthy option, didnt even feel like eating chips like I normally would. No classes at gym tonight but will be taking my fur baby down to the park for a few laps of the oval.
Oh Leesa - no offence at all! Totally ok with what you wrote! I'm sorry I haven't replied yet.
Eluned - it is a hard thing to balance. I was shown a technique for my pubic bone when it's out; DH puts his arm between my knees (fist on one side and elbow at the other) and I have to push against the arm. Oddly, it helps!
Tan, well done!
Rhyb, take it easy and listen to your body hon. Perhaps lessen the intensity or level whilst you recover from the soreness.
Well, another night, another gym session. Tonight was busy again (not as busy as Monday though) and D was there... which put me off my game. Plus my shoulder hurts a lot. But I did 45 minutes. 20 treadmill, 10 cross trainer, 20 treadmill. I had to get off crosstrainer because it hurt my shoulder and D was watching me whilst he trained someone... and I'm not in the mood tonight.
Keep active girls!
MG, hmm might have to give that one a go. Once again, well done on your gym workout. I hope your shoulder is feeling better soon. I dislocated my ac joint in my shoulder 3 years ago in aikido training and it took quite awhile to recover - about 3 months before I could comfortably train again. I only get niggly twinges every now and then usually when it's cold. I'm not sure what your injury is, but I know how a sore shoulder feels and it's not fun!
rhyb, take it easy hun and listen to your body
Tan, I'm feeling the same way about eating and exercising. Started to lose interest in the rubbish food which is a good thing!
Mr Squidipa, how's the walking going?
Leesa, Heather, Winter, leckert, Nettie & CQ - :hello:
I ended up doing 35 minutes on the cross trainer last night. Not on it tonight because I JOGGED TODAY!! I walked for 90seconds, jogged for 60seconds (following couch to 5k program), all the way to playgroup today. So in total I jogged for only 4 minutes which doesn't sound like a long time but it was a good effort for me considering I'm just starting out. I was also pushing my twin pram with DS and DD in it, total weight of approx 28kg. I was so puffed when I got to playgroup but I felt good afterwards :) And the best thing is my hips and pelvis are not sore, just a bit tight but I'm not in pain yay :) 5k's here I come!
Awesome work eluned!!!!!! :cheer: so proud of you!!!!!!!!!!
Been thinking about your gym name for a while Leesa and last night had one of those lightbulb moments of inspiration:
Drum roll please............. (with a few to select from - maybe we should do a poll for you :p)
Leesa's Lair
Leesa's Lair of Terror :whip:
Leesa's Lair of Torture :whip:
Leesa's Lair of Triumph :cheer:
Leesa's Lair of Triumph :cheer: = +1 VOTE!
Hello every1, glad to see we are active in here, didnt do my walking last night, got home and we had to go to my BF's place to pick some stuff up from a weekend bbq....THEN never got to get on X-Trainer this morning, had a BD session instead hehehe
But back to oval today for dog walkies, Im thinking of joining the gym for 6 months, it works out cheaper if I do, currently pay $15 every visit (am only going twice a week) but I think if I pay will be more inclined to go, am considering getting work to cover it through incentive scheme they have running....whats your opinions ladies, do you go to the gym if you have paid the money?! I just dont want it to be a waste IYKWIM?!
Tan - I pay for gym and go. My incentive is my goal + my trainer checks the computer to see if I am going + I usually want to go.
How is everyone doing?
Well, I didn't get to the gym Fri night as I went out with a friend from work. Saturday I was too tired after my night out! I had intended to go but I could barely stay awake! I did go today though. And when I got there, the gym was almost empty! Only 2 others in there! The centre was packed due to other sports though. But it was empty enough for me to really relax and get into my session - similar to if I was at home. I did 20 min on the treadmill and felt like I could have kept going. But I stopped and did the xtrainer... normally I do 10 on that and get off. But I figured, what the hell! And I did 20 minutes!!! I was wrapped with myself! My left thigh was hurting and my hip started to struggle at the 18 minute mark... but I did it! Then I did the bike. I was hoping to do 20 on that as well but really struggled to keep my RPM up. And the pain was unbearable in my hip. So I got off at 10 minutes and then went back to the treadmill for 10 minutes. By the time I did my 60 minutes, there were 20 people in the gym so I again walked out without stretching but did it at home. I burnt more calories tonight than I normally do in a session. I am so proud of myself!!!!
The xtrainer is killing my shoulder though. Seriously killing it. I should tell D about it but kinda can't be bothered. Hoping it will be ok by Tuesday.
Keep active girls!
Yay to EVERYONE for making strides towards their fitness regime (and thinking of a name for my gym lol)!
Has anyone seen or heard from Winter lately? I'm getting worried now....
Good Monday morning (although its probably afternoon for most of you on the east coast)
MG - Good work on the gym yesterday
Well I was very naughty on the weekend, didnt do any exercise but still eating sensibly so thats a plus. Did weigh in today and have managed to lose 0.5 kgs so very happy with that! Have combat tonight so looking forward to sweating it out as well.
leesa, I haven't seen Winter around either! I must have missed your post about naming your gym. Is this a home gym?
Tan, well done on the eating and weight loss!
MG, how are you going? Are you loving the gym yet? :) I hope you are having a pain free day.
I jogged again yesterday. It was only a short one 1km to mum's house each way. I jogged/walked with DD in the pram. DH pushed DS on his little bike. DS was my coach :) yelling out "Mummy, run!" and "Mummy, stop!" LOL was cute and he gave me a good workout :)
Did a light pilates DVD today as my pelvis felt very sore last night and today. I've booked into my old Pilates class for tomorrow night (well I'm just waiting for them to call back to confirm). I don't know why but I was really nervous about ringing to book myself in. I love Pilates and want to get back into it but nervous about starting over again I guess.
If the name is for the benefit of Leesa - I say Lair of Triumph, but if it's for others (like her victims..) - I'd say 'Lair of Torture'. :)
Today I started trying to break my carb addiction and it went fairly well. The whole family went for a walk after work which was good too. But my knee is hurting a bit and I'm not sure what's wrong there... :(
The lady who lives across the road does Yoga and I've been umming and ahhing about joining her night class for a while - but I think I'll join now, just to help with a bit extra moving around. Whaddya think? :dunno:
my walking is going well atm and i discovered yesterday that where i walk they have put up equipment that you can use like a rowing machine not a real one but some thing similar and a few other things so i can go for my walk and also get a bit of a workout at the same time
Tan - well done on the weight loss.
Leesa - no, not heard from Winter! Hope she is ok!
Eluned - I am so proud of you! YOU ROCK! How are you feeling today? I understand the hesitance - I have it about certain activities too.
Nettie - what have you got to lose by doing the yoga? I say go for it!
Mr S - that's great they have that equipment!
AFM - just got back from PT. Bit of a mixed session. He hit me straight away with my injuries. He's obviously noted during the week that I've been favouring my left shoulder. I tried to avoid the question... he wouldn't let up. He wanted to do some work on my shoulder with his spikey ball identical to mine. I reluctantly agreed. For those who know my background, you'll understand what that meant for me. Unfortunatley it didn't help much. It felt a little loser during the session but kills again now. He's writing me a stretch program for it which should help. I hope. Anyway, it was an ok session. But I feel like I need more cardio - esp since I didn't do any yesterday. I am going to try and get to the centre 30 min before my session next week so that I can do 30 min cardio before PT. Since I'm coping with my cardio on my own at the gym, D wants to use our sessions to focus on weights and rehab stuff. I loath the word rehab. After 12 months of it, I am monumentally over it!
Keep active girls (and Mr S)!
Nettie, I think yoga is a great idea. You should give it a go for a few classes and then make a firm decision either way. I think it will be great to balance out with other exercise. I have heard that old shoes can cause sore knees. I hope yours feels better soon. How are you breaking your carb addiction? If you don't eat carbs what can you eat? I'm at a loss to all these diet things, wouldn't know where to start!
Mr Squidipa - I have noticed "gym equipment" popping up around parks, walking routes around town as well. They are becoming quite popular I think!
MG - thanks :) I'm feeling much better today, although slightly ouchy but nothing too bad. I hope the stretching program really helps you
So, I'm all booked in and confirmed for my pilates class tonight! Woohoo! I can't wait. I'm excited about it now. I even went and bought some new exercise pants this morning to wear. :D
Wow, everyone is really ticking along!
Nettie: Yoga is a fantastic way to go. I loved yoga when I was doing it regularly.
Hi Mr Squid :) We have gym equipment popping up around our parks too. Iti's apparently very common overseas and no-one joins a gym OS.
Well I am having a week off. I have a cold and trying to fight it. I went to Attack on Sunday to see if I could excercise it away. Seems to be getting a bit worse so thought it best to have a weeks break and get back to it next week.
I couldn't do Pump on Monday as DD has had a pretty nasty cold too.
I will see how I am on Sunday and may go to Attack.
Have a great week everyone :cheer: I'll be your cheer squad this week :D
So when illness hits my house it hits it HARD. All the kids and DF have been sick and lucky me spent 2 days babying all of them (no joke DS wanted to be nursed with me bottle feeding and reading to him ALL DAY!).
So I finally got back to gym yesterday and managed 50mins of cardio and then weights. To help it I walked to and from (about 20 mins round trip).
But guess what? The man cold is back *rage* so I cant go to gym tonight so Im making him promise I can go tomorrow. I dont care if he gets mauled by a shark in his sleep Im going!
Hey everyone!!!
Right - its time to get real. Whose up for a monthly challenge (again)? We did the push up thing in June - lets put our own personal goals 'out there' - make us accountable for our own achievements and work toward them during August.
'Without goals we are like a ship in the middle of the sea, just drifting away with no sense of direction. It just goes with the flow, so to speak, and if it ever gets anywhere it is just by mere accident. In order to achieve success in our bodybuilding program, our goal should be clearly defined and engrained in our brains. Otherwise, like the boat on the example above, if you get anywhere it will be by mere chance'......
So its time to think of an achievable short term (4 weeks) goal. Take some time out when you've thought about it, post it on this thread AND your signature :-) If you dare hahahaha!!
hmmmm a short term goal huh.... what to chose, what to chose... does NOT killing my trainer count? Hmmm Last time we did upper body, this time why don't we do lower? We could do lunges... or plank hold... or squats...
Rhy, sorry everyone has been so ill at yours. Hope you're all better soon and you can get back to the gym tomorrow.
Heather, if it's the same cold I had the other week then rest is def the best thing! I had it for two weeks but was up for a light workout by about day 5. Feel better soon!
Eluned - so glad you pulled up ok! Can't wait to hear how pilates goes!
Just wanted to warn those of you on my facebook page... my trainer has "requested friendship"... and I've (VERY reluctantly!) accepted... so there goes my fun bagging him out on there!
Lol, he now has female PT competition hehehe!!
I was thinking we all have our own individual goals, but we can do a group one instead (or as well?)
hmmm then my goal is going to be 30 min on crosstrainer and 15 on bike!
Did you hear from Winter Leesa? Now you can check out his link! He wants me to "like" his business page... yeah yeah, don't I drum up enough business for you buddy?
Heather - I hope you're feeling better soon.
rhyb - I also hope your household gets better soon! Great workout and I hope you get to go to the gym tomorrow.
leesa - I think that's a great idea! I have a few goals. I just need to work out what's achievable in 4 weeks!
AFM, I showed up at Pilates tonight. There were six others but the instructor didn't show!!! Sooo annoyed! We all waited for 20 minutes then left. One good thing out of it though is that I grabbed a foam roller and ironed out my psoas and ITB. Felt good!
Raise the level of proteins you eat - meat, fish, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, milk, beans (lentils, chickpeas, etc) as well as fruit & veggies. I'm working hard on just limiting my carbs at the moment. When I broke my addiction last time, I restricted myself to 'a' piece of bread a day and pasta or rice only twice a week (it's a staple in this house as DS eats it and not much else) and boosted the proteins. Once you get rid of the hold carbs have (including sugars!), you don't need to eat as much and don't feel that urge to eat when you don't need to.
It's weird to snack on ham or boiled eggs for a while, but it's a nice change too! It's the cutting sugar I have trouble with :wall: There's no point cutting it out altogether - you'll just binge - but reducing slowly is the way to go.
I've decided to do the yoga. I'll ring the woman tomorrow and see if she has a place in Wednesday night's class (starting tomorrow - yikes!)... :o Wish me luck!
Leesa :whip: ooohhh - I like it! :) Goal, hey? I'm a terribly practical person and need to have simply defined goals, so I might do something boring like 'walk to work 3 days each week'. Work is only 5 minutes away, but if I come home for lunch - it ends up being around 25 minutes of walking per day without much effort! AND there are stairs getting into the building at work. Not sure what else I can offer as my knee is really concerning me at the moment and my back has been spasming quite a lot today. Am about to put a heatpack on it to see if it's better tomorrow.
Not sure what you could do as a group goal? Maybe increase exercise routines by 10% (in time and effort)? Then it's across the board and doesn't leave anyone out? :dunno: Just a suggestion!
Hey ladies
Sooooo I havent been on X-Trainer at all this week, which Im very disappointed about but have just hit another wall!? Needing a good kick up the bum here. I dont want to put weight back on :-(
So for personal goals, I think I will make my goal that I get on X-Trainer every day (weekends included) for 1/2 hour. My biggest hurdle is not doing any active stuff on the weekends and then getting back into it on the MOnday mornings when I have Monday-itis kick in!!
I am still doing all my evening sports/classes though, played netball last night and we won, felt that I contributed a little more than recent weeks so was pretty happy with my performance, and the other gals come up and said good work on a good game so that was nice.
Not sure about team goal - but I will be in it, like i said I need as much motorvation as possible and plus I work better in a team!
