You know, because you've done it before, that the hardest part about exercising is the starting bit. As soon as you start & get into some sort of routine, you'll be saying "why did I put this off for so long? I feel so much better exercising!"

What did you do the first time round to lose the weight & what did you love about it? What is your ultimate fitness dream? Would you like to be able to run 3km non-stop or would you like to try a triathlon or would you like to be able to swim 10 laps of your local pool? I think its imperative to have a goal to work towards, to keep you motivated, to keep your eyes on the prize (and not necessarily only a weight-loss goal because I think that is a brilliant side effect of living a fun & active life).

Would love to talk to you more so looking forward to hearing your response.
