    Thanks every1.

Thanks Kaz. Yeh I think I have lost a lot since you last saw me (put on a lot between that too).

I'm getting there. I take lunch into work most days, I eat a really small meal at night (not hungry at night), I'm getting better with breakfast (will have a protein drink if I'm not in the mood to eat), I have fruit at morning and afternoon tea time. I now need to make more time for walking (driving to work is dangerous ) but with the new job starting, I have to go back to catching the bus which will mean a walk in the afternoons to the bus stop from work (up a slight hill).

widdly - you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just don't do it the way I started - with a husband cheating, the marriage falling apart, him kicking me out of the home (while I was still expected to continue paying to live there & the bills) and not actually eating for about a month (occasional snacks - too much alcohol & too many cigarettes).

Do it slowly and safely - that is what I'm doing now. I also don't fret if I eat something I shouldn't, because I've changed the way I view food - it is to fuel my body, not to comfort me or to hide behind.

All will be revealed in time with my signature

I start a new job next week, so I will have to take lunch in with me (too many bad take-away places near my new job), and I'm back on the bus so will have the walking to & from the bus stop at both ends.

There is also one of those 24hr gyms just near one of my bus stops on the way home so I will look into how much that place is (no contract which will be perfect for me coz we're moving sometime soon).

Mel - I have chocolate - I just make sure I only have a small amount in the house or else I'd be melting it and doing other things with it (like dipping fruit into it!!!!)

35kg is just a fab effort....i'm sure you'll kick these last 15kg to the curb i need to regain that view that food is fuel & not an emotional crutch - thank you for reminding me

good luck with your new job as well
