I have to exercise first thing or it doesnt happen. but then I only have 2 early (830am) starts in a normal week.

I used to go in the morning (6-7am) batch. It was because of my hubby I went to gym this early. After having our little princess I couldn't even sleep at those timing and it became a habit to wake up this time and so now I'm continuing it. I also heard morning exercise is more beneficial than evening exercise![]()
I've heard apple extract can be thinning...
