Just thought I'd bump this as I have been using my wii fit for a couple of days now...

It gets me sweaty and hot (as opposed to hot and sweaty ) and my heart rate rises.

Anyone else use it? What is your fave activity?

I loved the aerobics and yoga exercises. I got a new one a while back that seemed to really get my heart rate up too.

I noticed that the Wii Fit Plus was really good on my abs (you could see definition after a month or so). So if you're after toning, I'd recommend it. And my legs would always hurt a bit afterwards climbing the stairs, so my muscles were clearly getting something out of it!

I'm planning on getting back onto it once I'm past the postnatal six weeks.

Yeah Joeve! I do the hoops. Usually for about 10 mins. How long would you recommend??

Eta: sorry Jen, I missed your post! I am pretty sure I have no abs I do, however, have a lot of belly flab. I do the step on fast pace for 20 or 30 mins at the moment. I want to get it up to an hour.

I did the max amount (but you have to unlock that, from memory).

Boxing was also a good workout.

I have a step raising base for mine and I find that certainly adds an extra kick.
I like the boxing too, and there's a game where you have to fly and land on islandy things....it makes your arms hurt. And there's also one of the combo games where you have to run and jump and flap and etc etc. It gets your heart rate up too.

    Zumba is great!
I'm also using wii fit plus, I do the 'free step' for 30 mins and watch tv while I'm doing it. I've started using water bottles as weights to help tone up my arms.
