Every gym I have joined has put me on a bmi machine and come back as obese. - they say its a muscle thing.
    I say its weird.
But I do agree exercise is important.

Fit is fabulous. Looks good and feels good not matter the weight.

*note to self - find time to exercise*

emotional eating is bugger. I just caught myself doing it the other day. Hard to break that cycle.

I used to weigh around 60kg, but with horrid morning sickness for 5 weeks I was weighed at the OB 2 weeks ago and nearly died when she said 55kg. I am 163cm so 55kg is getting a bit thin IMO. Plus I could no longer do my new routine at the gym once i found out I was pregnant cos it's too strenuous so now I just feel saggy and jellyish
But I think I have since gained the 5kg back now that the ms has gone. I love food

    How much do you weigh?

I'm 96 kilos. And due in two weeks! so I'm sure ill drop 15 of that in a day! :P my 'healthy' weight is 70kg and I'm 155cm. Any less than that and I get very unhappy due to clearly not consuming enough chocolate. I was carrying an extra 7-8 kilos when I fell pregnant unfortunately which had made this pregnancy not as nice as it could have been. Now ill probably have 10 kilos to lose. Not doing a damn thing for a couple months though apart from breastfeed and walks.
