    How much do you weigh?

I'm currently 67kg, and I'm 165cm which puts me in the healthy range, just. I started the year at over 100kg though - have lost 35kg so far through healthy eating and exercise.

I still have more weight to lose - not sure what my end goal will be, but somewhere around 60kg would be good.

I feel really good about my weight at the moment... I'm fit and healthy, and after being morbidly obese for 5 years or so, being a normal, healthy weight feels awesome.

According to this thread I should be running for the hills crying

I'm 161cm, high 80s in weight (86 - 89 lately, dropped to 81 a few weeks back when I had gastro), and most of the time I don't care! Yeah, sometimes I'll see a photo or look at myself in the mirror and get a bit sad that I'm all fat and flabby, but mostly it doesn't bother me much.

I was about 75kg pre-pregnancy, was excited when I hit 80 the week before Ianto died, never really lost that weight before Amelia, and didn't weigh myself until a few months ago. I'll occasionally make a pact with myself to lose weight because I really should, but I care too much about my happiness to making myself miserable just to look better naked.

Haven't weighed myself in a while... I'm 175cm (5' 9") and I think my ideal weight is around 65/70kg? Haven't been that in a long time. At the height of pregnancy I think I was somewhere in the low nineties and I stopped weighing myself then.

I judge by clothes... right now I'm in the "in between maternity and normal" jeans, aiming to be back in the normal jeans.

I don't like this in between stage but I know it won't last, I'll get back down to my pre-preg weight soon, which I think is around 75/80kg. Then it's a case of what do I do then? Do I exercise to get down to a healthier weight? Dunno...

    I'm 5ft 11 and weigh 103kg
    I'm 5'8 and weigh that

When i met DP i was a very healthy 68kgs. My weight bothers me for obvious reasons as i am in the overweight-obese catergory actually i think according to BMI i almost fall into the morbidly obese catergory, yikes!

I'd like to be between 75-80kgs, still a little over the 'normal' healthy weight range but only by a few kilos.

The only reason I am weighing myself at the moment is because of the 12wbt and when it is over the scales will be put away again (or thrown out). I honestly don't care what the numbers say because they are in no way a reflection of either my health or my fitness level.

Even when I was very skinny (and very fit) when I was young I was in the overweight to obese weight range, I made it to the top of my healthy weight range once and had the doctor worried I was too skinny (until I stood on the scale). I refuse to follow the BMI scale, or what a healthy weight range is for me because even at the top end of that scale (healthy weight range) I look scrawny and ill.

178cm and last time I weighed myself I was 72kilos. I sit between 70-80 normally. I fluctuate alot. Personally I like my weight in the very low 70's or high 60's. It seems to be a little higher then that most times.

I am obese, unfit & unhealthy at the moment - the only reason i care about that number is because i know it reflects how my body feels despite people saying :but you don't look that big"
I would like to get back to 75-80kg, the last time i was 75ish kg though my Dr advised me NOT to loose any more (despite BMI still being high) as it did not look good with my body shape...

    Do you have broad shoulders?

I do and always had wide hips so when i weighed 68kgs DP said i looked kind of awkward, like not in a bad way just i needed a bit more meat on my bones to look nice. So when i was around 75-80kgs when gaining weight he said i was a perfect size though and i grew boobs

pre-pregnancy I hover around the 57kg mark and am 165cm. When I am that, I feel pretty good, but my fitness is absolutely shocking

During pregnancy I really pack on the weight normally with DD1 I put on 17kgs and with DD2 I put on 21kgs (but, with DD2 I was recovering from a serious illness so was super fragile skinny at 47kgs ). This time I reckon I started out at my healthiest and I dont *think* that I have put on nearly as much as the other pregnancies...could be delusional though
I struggled to lose the weight after DD2, i think my body was loving having the extra padding after a year of unhealthy skinny. This time I am going to continue with my new-found yoga passion and see if that helps with the overall body fitness and my body image (muscle separation just looks gross on me).

I'm 165cm and 64kg so in the healthy range.

Pre-children I was 75kg and I haven't been able to exercise properly for 5 years (pelvis, back, hip issues) so I'm pretty happy to have lost weight through eating sensibly (and cutting back drastically on alcohol).

Having said that, I'm small-boned so there's a lot of fat in my 64kg! I wear a size 36 shoe, my wrists are tiny and I can wear my 5-year-old's hats because I'm a pinhead.

I'm pretty happy with my weight but I'd like to be more toned. Going to a rehab gym at the moment and slowly hope to build up to be able to use a normal gym when my broken body allows me to actually walk on a treadmill for 10 mins without spending the next day on bed rest.

I'm about 163/165cm and weight 58kg atm. before kids I was 48-53kg and would like to loose that 5kg. I notice it on the tops of my thighs, and the back of my hips- a kinda apron.

I just need to get fitter really. Im so un fit with the change in lifestyle made 5ish years ago.

I think fitness is more important then fatness. but Im so unfit

I seem to have plateaued around 66kg post pregnancy and 160cm. Was 58kg Pre-pregnancy and only gained 13kg so I'm a bit bummed I haven't lost more weight. I'm at my best around 54kg though but that means heaps of exercise and really watching what I eat. Right now I haven't actively tried to lose weight. DD is very clingy so the only exercise I can manage is walking and I'm reluctant to change my diet too much as my milk supply has been borderline. When she gets to 6 months I'll start working a lot harder on things. For now my goal is just to not gain any weight.

I'm 163cm and hovering between 65.7 and 67kg. I was 72kg before I fell pg (in June 2009) and didn't gain anymore weight due to removing wine, salami and soft cheese from my diet. The rest of it dropped when I had DS2 and breastfed.

Ideally I'd like to get down to 60kg but that isn't going to happen unless I get off my butt and do something about it. With my recent love affair with French cooking it will never happen!

I don't mind so much the how much I weigh but I do want to look good for my DH.

I wish my thighs didn't rub together.
I wish my upper arms weren't like the cranky old lady's who used to serve in the tuckshop.
I wish my boobs were the same size as each other (preferably the the same size as the left one because it's bigger)
I wish my tummy was flatter.

I'm going for a walk after dinner ... it's 6 & half weeks til summer.... I think my wishlist is achievable (oh, except for the boob thing....)

im about 175cm and currently weigh 68kg.
the lowest ive been is 55kg and i looked and felt really unhealthy skinny (was also time in my life when i was really unwell). i sat at 60 for years before that and when i got better. i then met Dh and got up to 70. i was 73 when i got pg (mainly due to ivf drugs) and was 82kg when full term with Spock. and now less than i was pre pg.

im actually really happy with my weight. i feel about 65kg would be my perfect number. but i am really happy with what i am.

It's funny as well, because 65kg on one women and 65kg on another, even when they're the same height, can be very different, look very different, and probably most importantly, feel very different for each woman. So while 65kg night be ideal for someone whose weight is distributed evenly across her body, 65kg on a really top heavy woman may not be ideal.

169cm and 72kg. Not happy about it either (plus it's going up already!)

I was 60kg pre pregnancy (up 5kg because of the pill) and got down to 54kg at my lowest after DS. Looking back although I felt good, I didn't look good!

I feel I looked my best at 60-65kg.
