I went to a dietician a couple of years ago.

I am the sort to eat large portions of healthy food. Anyway she banged on about that eating a banana sandwich would be too many kilojoules, and that I should have a slice of raisin toast with jam, over two snacks say morning and afternoon tea.

Well they both have the same amount of kjs.

Bananas are packed with nutrients and are especially good for anxiety and depression.

Oh well you ate too much jelly. How many kjs in diet jelly anyway??? Not much I would imagine.

edited to say, just googled and some people are saying Tony Ferguson is a bit of a crash diet, and they feel hungry. My neighbour who tried craved eating carbohydrates a lot. Carbohydrates are good for your brain too.
