A tip for you Liviam, if you are struggling to meet your points allocation, use full fat dairy and butter etc - easy way to get your points without eating extra. It's really important that you do use you daily amount of points because the program wont work if you undercut it all the time. When I was a WW Leader years ago I had women complain all the time that they weren't losing weight - but if you asked them how many 'points' they were eating each day, they were always well under. They thought if they ate less points, then they would lose more weight and lose it quicker. good luck!

Yay hun!! I did WW a few years ago when I lost about 7 kgs!!! Was awesome - I loved the ease of tracking, I didnt go to meetings but still found the forums helpful and recipes etc!!! Come and join us in the chatter thread - it's a bit quiet but very supportive!

Todays diet is looking like I'm going to have about 35 - 38 points - much happier. Just need to do a lot more planning and tweaking.

Trillian thanks for the tip on using full cream milk/butter etc. I defintiely do not want to undercut my points - I want to do this properly.
