Maybe now that you've lost most of your body fat your gaining muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat. Have you been measuring? Maybe compare measurements instead of kgs

I was going to say the same thing. You'd be super fit by the sounds of things.
Most experts say to ditch the scales and go by your clothes.
All the best, sounds like you're doing an awesome job

I agree make sure you take measurements, as this is where you will really see the difference.

Also make sure you are eating enough! Sounds silly I know but you need to make sure you are. If you dont your body will hold onto kgs as it wont know when it is being fed next IFKWIM. As a female the absolute minimum (dending on height, weight and activity) is 1200kj (and this is after the kj's you burn though exercise, you should not go under this).

Strongly recommend the Australian Calorie King site, even if you dont use the online diary to record food and exercise it is still great for the articles and the forum is very very helpful as well.

I found the online food diary to be very handy (it can be a little time consuming) but it was amazing to see how much I was actually eating. I also invested in a heart rate monitor so I knew exactly how many kjs I was burning.

Hon you don't need this advice - you already know it! And you've just started back haven't you?? So you know you're going to gain muscle mass through Pump hon. Trust you, trust your body...you know what it can, and will do. Just be patient and you know it'll happen x
