    Yep it works!

I did it after I had DS - I had about 6kg of baby weight to shift and DS wasn't sleeping well so trying to calorie count and diet just wasn't going to happen.

I went on LnE (1500cal, full 7 day program) and I lost the weight in about 7 weeks. The first month I wasn't exercising, it was coming off anyway but I was breastfeeding so I didn't want to lose too much too quickly.

I've just started it again now because I've gained again over winter.

It really is great, so convenient and the food is really nice. As others have said though it can get a bit exxy, but if you're prepared and self disciplined enough to do some meals yourself you can bring the cost down.

Good luck, I say do it!!

I'm on it again. On the 1200 cal breakfast and lunch. I don't have the dinners, but i should really. When i go to the gym i don't eat dinner.
i sometimes binge on chocolate as there isn't enough sugary foods on it to satisfy my cravings.

I'm getting sick of eating the same food on this menu. I might stop soon and wait for the summer menu to come out.

    That is great weightloss

I highly recommend it, I did it after DD3 years was born and lost nearly all of my weight loved the conviencence, wanted to do it again but apparently they no longer delivery to the country well not fresh stuff anyway, so could only do the frozen dinners!!! which you can buy at the supermarket, I needed the full plan The only thing I would say is I did get sick of the frozen dinners, breakies and lunch were great, now I have to rely on my willpower???and the weight loss challenge...

*does a little dance* 2kg goneski, am loving it.

Pam - what a bummer they don't deliver fresh stuff anymore out yr way. Everyone keeps saying it's too expensive but I dont think it is when add up how much money I spend on stuff I don't need when I go shopping, not to mention the waste. I am disgusted at how much stuff I throw out all the time.

TD - I am having just porrige for breakkie with a dash of honey and then onto the l&e lunch and dinner and so far so good. hasn't even been a full week yet

TD - Oh yes, the greek yoghurt I had yesterday was sooo yummy. Bet the weight loss will slow down next week though cause this would all be just fluid. Might have to pull the finger out and actually do some exercise
