I need to lose about 30kg... so does Kim... looks like we are a bfn this month so we are having 3 months off, start ttc again in January and it would be great if we could lose some weight in the meantime...we're in!!
Hi, sorry if Ive posted this as a new thread unnecessarily, but Im looking for a buddy group to weigh in with and lose weight with on a weekly basis, and I couldnt find what I was after. If it is here and Ive missed it, I apologise. If not, does anyone want to join me for weekly weigh ins, tips and general support? I really need to be accountable.
Im currently trying to conceive no 2, and know if I shift some weight it will help my chances. Ive got about 40kg to lose but would be rapt to shift 10-15 by Christmas. Anyone interested??![]()

Beaksie Me, Me, Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hereby solomly swear to weigh in weekly and to continue to support you all on our weight loss journey! I need to lose about 20 to get to my goal weight, 15 to just be at a healthy range for me. I started off 94 kilo's the day I had Phoenix which was almost 6 months ago and I am around 87 kilo's. I need to be about 65 as a dream weight but am aiming at 70, anything under that is a big bonus for me!
I have learnt the eight watchers ways but do not go anymore, my mil was a weight wacthers leader so I learnt alot from her.
Megan and Kim, I wish you both the luck in the world to get that little baby for you both! I am currently ttc now, but not full on, will not try full on till after chrissy.
OK so lets all be honest and do tell how much we weigh! No judging form any of us, and the first step to this journey is admitting how much we weigh now, its not about what we weight now, its about where we are going and making it happen, so who cares what we weight today.
I want to lose at least 1 kilo a week or .5 If I can.
We should set a day we wil all weigh in and share with each other. Why dont we make weigh in day Mondays. So we get weighed for first time next MOnday and every Monday from then on.
Should also do our measurements, as sometimes a loss will not show up on scales but will in centimeters, but you oinly do this once every fortnight, so we could do our measurements on Monday, and then two weeks from then, I wont let anyone forget!!! he he
So..... on Monday we all weight and come in here and share with each other, how does that sound???
We can of course stgill come in here, lmao, but weigh in is monday, hope I am not seeming to be bossy, just excited!
Oh me ..pick me!! Im not planning to ttc but am trying to loose baby weight..gulp..Sammy is 2 now, so I have no excuse! Ive just bought a treadmill and have been powering away for the last week doing 3 ks a night and hoping to work up to 5 next week. Im hoping to lose 15kgs
Oh wow Soul, sorry posting at the same time yay! Ok..gulp..im 82 kg..ive actually put on 7 since having Sammy..sigh

I still do weight watchers but don't go to weighin each week as i hate having to pay all that money for someone esle to do what i can at home.
I still have 13kilos to get rid off. I would love to be down to 55 kilos by the time Eleanor is 1 as that would mean i have then lost 40kilos in a year if i can do it.
At the moment i am between 68 & 69kilos.

I've been trying to lose weight for a while now!! Before becoming pregnant I was going to the gym and I couldnt get past 72kg. I got pregnant October last year and put on 20kg so that got me up to 92kg. (My lowest point was when I realised I was heavier than my DF's tallest friend!! I know I was pregnant but still was depressing!) My DD is going to be 8 weeks on Monday and I am now down to 80kg. I am getting married in December and would LOVE to lose 10kg but would be happy to lose 5kg.
I would love to get down to anywhere between 65kg and 70kg
I think that measuring would be a good idea as sometimes the scales dont show any weight loss but your thighs or something could actually be smaller.
I also think sharing diet tips and exercise tips would be a great idea!

I need to lose my baby weight.. well actually I have lost all my baby weight but I had quite a bit extra on me before I fell pg. So I need to lose that and tone up and get rid of my thunder thighs and jelly belly!! I am currently 79kg and would love to be down to 65ish *eek* that is 14kgs! I can do it though... so can everyone else in here! YEY!!!![]()

I want to loose 20kg's at least. My DD is now 5mths and I weigh the same today as the week I had her. The week after I had her I was 2kg's less than my pre pg weight, so I have put on about 10kgs in 5mths....
At the moment I am 86kg, my ideal goal would be 60kg, but I'd be happy with 66kg. I have joined the gym and was going every other day and walking most other days until I got the flu and stopped. I haven't been for 2wks!! So Monday it is!!! I WILL eat well and go to the gym or at least for a good walk.
OMG add me! I put on about 20kg with my DD and I have only just managed to shift 5kg 6mths after she was born! It's driving me nuts! I just don't know how to get it off!
I eat well (when I get a chance to eat) and used to go for one or two walks a day but that didn't work! Need help!!
Once this bubba's out ill be on the "Move them kilos off the body" trail.....i wont scare no one with my weight....but im sure you'd be amazed how the hell ive gotten thru 2 pregnancies!!
Maybe there needs to be a weight loss thread/forum on here to motivate everyone??

Im doing weight watchers as well (not going to meetings either) I've been doing it for nearly 2 weeks and ive already lot 2 kilos!! YAY ME!! But i lose modivation very quickly when theres better food around! Im currently 75k's and for my height (and coz i just should be!) should be under 60k's.
Im happy to do the weigh in thing with you all, i just wont do the measuring thing - never works for me. So i say bring on all the fat loss!!

I find the best way to get excersise when you cant get out is
A) House work
B) Dance around the lounge room
C) walk the kids to school and pick em up
Cracking up the stereo is the BEST!!! Your in the privacy of your own home so no one can see you wiggling that bum, and moving to the music!
One way to avoid discouragement when losing weight is to set realistic goals that are meaningful to you.And get yourself a weight loss journal, best thing you will ever invest in when losing weight. Put down everyhting you put into your mouth so this way you can keep track of your eating habitds and improve where you need to.
