Thanks guys! It is harder when you have little ones to care for during the day, and as much as I love my kids, with both of them in school now, I have a huge sense of self back. I didn't really have much family around them raising them, so they were clingy and I never had much me time at all. But it does come around, trust me And it's goooooooood

Yay Kelly! I love it too.
I started going again when DD was 8wks.
I go once during the week and DS2 calls it his 'different creche', he enjoys it as he knows it's only 1.5hrs and DD just charms pants off the other carer's.
I then go on a Sunday morning to a Body Attack class.
It's such a routine for me that I feel guilty if I don't go

Not so hooked on going to a gym but am definitely hooked on my forms of exercise - soccer (loooove it!) and jogging in between. I love the feeling of being an active healthy person who is in control of her own body! And I love seeing the improvement in my times or skills. Nice post Kelly!

Absolutely, totally hooked here! Total gym junkie as much as I can. I've done 6 workouts this week, looking forward to w'end off, but can't wait for Monday's training to start again!

Come and join us in the Fitness Chat thread, there's a whole bunch of us exercise junkies chatting about what we're up to, keeping each other motivated and there's a couple of PTs for training advice.

I joined a couple of weeks ago and haven't been in about 3 years. Not quite at the hooked stage, more like the "ouch, I can barely walk after that body pump class" stage! I'll get there though. It's only been 2 weeks.
Love your enthusiasm... it's a great feeling when you really start to see the benefits of all your hard work.
