So many new people signed up for round 2! I have signed up again, after a disappointing round 1. I think the program is awesome though, and some of the transformations I have seen have been awesome.
I lost 5kg, but completely lost the plot in the last 5 weeks. We had our house on the market in the middle of round 1, and I found it hard to keep organised and kept slipping back into bad habits. Three weeks into round 2, we move house so I have to get myself ready for that somehow. I have to sit down tomorrow and do pre-season task 7. If there is one thing I have learnt from round 1, it's that this task is the most important one for me.

now where is this FB group??

    Hi ladies!
I have joined round 2 too!!! I have been having ups and downs regarding getting ready for the program over the last few weeks - I get so worried about letting myself down - but am so so SO keen to be successful at the same time.
I am so excited that the finale is in Brisbane this round - I think that will totally help keep me motivated to get to the end.
I have 20kgs to lose - that still shocks me to admit!! I am aiming to lose OVER 10 kgs this round - anymore than that is a bonus.
I'm really hoping the exercise will help get my sleeping patterns back in order because I've been a partial insomniac for months now and am sick of it!!
Can't wait to share the journey with you ladies!!

I have also joied for round two. Im ashamed to say that I actually have a Gym Membership from January for a year and have only been to the gym once.

For those of you that have done this in the past what is the food like, is there a lot of preparation and what examples are for breaky (as I start work at 6:00-6:30am and finish at 5:00 the breakfasts really worry me if they have a lot of prep and cooking involved).

    Thanks.

Look forward to seeing everyones progress

Ugh I think Im nuts but I joined today. Ive had several friends do it, some once some several times, and all have had amazing results. Considering I only want to lose 5-10kgs I really have no excuse. Its time I stopped complaining and started doing something about my weight.

Hopefully in 12wks time I will feel 100% better about myself.
