I'm up 600 grams, but it will be due to DOMS. I'm feeling rather sore all over. My body won't be used to the exercise for a little while, so I'll keep plodding along and I know I'll be rewarded with a loss very soon.
.9kg loss for me... Since Saturday so pretty happy with that.
I'm feeling very sore though leg and thigh wise but other then that not too bad. My sleeping has improved though, falling asleep straight away and not waking up through the night.
Hmm kinda feel like I am writing the same things and doubling up
2.3kg loss for me. Very happy with that. Down to 101.5 so looking forward to cracking the 100 next week.
This is the last time I will need to anticipate and celebrate getting to double digits.

My core is so sore, combat is amazing but oh god I am sore. Thought i would have been more sore from the 45 (swiss ball) sit ups and planking I did on Monday night but alas not the case!
i weighed myself on the scales today, just out of curiosity because i was cleaning the bathroom and knocked them so they turned on, and guess WHAT!!!!
I'm down to 99kg!!! I'M IN DOUBLE DIGITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! F**K YEAH!!!!! this was one of my goals, and i am so proud to be in double digits again, of my own accord, working out, eating healthy and doing things the right way!!!!!
I had a bad day today. Missed my exercise cause I didn't do it this morning and then have been flat out all day, also ate Thai for dinner tonight. Back on the bandwagon tomorrow!
Way to go Hope!! That's fantastic work! And just imagine, if that's what you can do in less than a week, how hot are you gonna be at the end of 12 weeks?
I was pretty average at the first weigh in, but I'm happy with it. I only lost half a kilo from Wed to Wed, but you know how Michelle said not to treat the last weekend as your last big crappy weekend? Um, I didn't listen. I was all kinds of bad lol. So I'm happy with half a kilo, and as of today I've lost 2.6kgs since May 23. This week since Monday is the best though, I'm doing really well and I'm excited for next week's weigh in!
I know that weekends will be a challenge for me, and next Saturday is DD's first birthday, so I think I'm going to need the extra support!

How did everyone go over the weekend? I was pretty good overall and didn't go over my calorie limit. Made the panacotta's from Mish's recipe index. They were really yummy . I am also mixing in some recipes from a website called lose baby weight. Been a yummy first week. Nervously looking forward to Wednesdays weigh in.

I've lost 1.9kgs this week I'm so stoked! It's funny, there are times when I find myself thinking "I can't believe this works!" The food is delicious, I'm not left hungry (not really needing my additional 500 cal allowance either) and I'm mostly walking DD in the pram for exercise due to lack of expected time.
I was much better this weekend than the last one, but it's the weekend coming up that will be the real test - DD 's first birthday, eek!
I lost 2.8 this week. Was so happy. Now at 90.2. I've been pretty good but as with Kaytee have the boys birthday party on the weekend so will have to try and be really good. I will at least have 1 piece of cake but not eat any other stuff that's extra that day.
So how did everyone go last week? I was really nervous about weighing in, I've been sick all week with a sinus infection. So I haven't dot a single workout or even a walk, and I barely made anything from the menu. Basically lived on weetbix and toast lol. Plus there was DD's birthday on Saturday and I was worried about overeating. Not an issue, as soon as a plate was down it was empty, and all I managed to get was two pieces of fairy bread
Anyway, so I was nervous this morning but the minimal eating resulted in a .9kg loss. Back on the horse today, have done a 30 minute walk and going to do the Tuesday home workout when DD is asleep
