    Hi everyone

Just PMd my stats to Krys so I am rearing to go, although I don't have a Wii so I will have to make do with old fashioned walking. I do have some hand weights at home and I might even get back to the gym this week.

For me the choc cravings will be the hardest. I will try to get through the week without any.... ooh it's gonna be hard!

Thank you for inspiring me ladies. Lets get moving!

    Ooh, I'm so excited!!

I'm going to be following an eating plan BW sent me from her FS, which means for the next 4 weeks I will be cutting out -

    White rice
    Pasta
    Biscuits, cake
    Tropical fruits
    Icecream
    Cheese
    Chocolate, lollies and sweets
    No fried food
Only 2 slices of bread per day
    As much protein as possible

A friend of mine eats like this all the time, and she said that when she first started, she felt really sick for the first few days while her body detoxed. So I will start it on Friday, so I can detox over the long weekend next weekend and be ready for work on Tuesday.

Apart from that, I'm doing the Wii Fit challenges, and planning to go for a walk along the river near where I work, hopefully 3 times a week, but we'll see.

DH will be joining me in the challenge, and he's going to be using the corporate gym more regularly. We've also just started on multivitamins, so we're looking forward to a decent change, hopefully!

I have just Pm'd my measurements as well! Scary stuff as I have done some serious damage over Easter and holidays! Thank goodness for this challenge to get me back on track.

My plan of attack is to

-Use my treadmill 5 days a week - aim for 5Km a day and as fitness builds up, add in some interval training with soem jogging.
-Drink water. I will do this by carrying a drink bottle around.
-EAT BREAKFAST!!! This is how I lost 10kg. Over the last 2 weeks I ahvent had brekky and I have put on weight! So must eat a healthy breakfast.
-No Maccas. I love that stuff so much but I will resist but allow myself a small cheeseburger meal on a Friday as I am only human and have learnt not to cut everything out as that will only end in binge eating.
-I am also going to add in 50 sit ups and 20 push up (girl style) a day. Not neccesarily all at once, but through the day. I might even do some witht he kids in my class at school. I am sure they wont mind.

GL everyone. Last chance meal tonight

Haha we're having fish and chips as a last chance meal tonight - we've tried to diet so many times and always fail, but this time - we're not going to fail - we've got something special to look forward to at the end of it (and we're going to keep doing it even when that something special is happening ) so we are definitely serious about it NOW.

I'll PM my stats now. Its scary.

I could have wirtten that Mel. I think because it's both DH and I we either really encourage and support each other or we unintentionally sabotage each other. Usually the latter, which is why we're both so fat! We are both starting tomorrow. Hopefully we can go the whole hog this time, for the same reason you are! But also just for us and the kids.

I just did my measurements. Seriously scary stuff. Even if my weight wasn't bad enough, those measurements were horrible. I remember a time when my hips were as big (or small!) as my waist is now. And the sad thing is at the time I also remember thinking how fat I felt I've never had a good relationship with my body, but now I am so big and unfit I see how slim and fit I was once upon a time!

Hi Lilias - I know how you feel, I used to feel fat, hmph, if only I could look like that again! We're never happy with our bodies are we. Let's kick butt and we'll be MILF's before we know it lol. I did Weight Watchers 5 years ago and lost 8 kgs in 4 months - of which I kept all but 2 kgs off until I got pregnant and that was still having my beloved choccy every night, everything in moderation - the key is to watch the saturated fats and get plenty of exercise, even 30 mins of walking a day is good for you! I have a wheat intolerance so can't eat a lot of the takeaway foods at least, but I can still eat curry, Thai, chicken treat etc (chicken and chips anyway)....chocolate, coke, the list goes on! And I always manage to find the yummy gluten free bikkies which I can't just stop at one now can I!!!! Not a healthy lunch. Anyway, you get the gist, we can do this girls, let's keep each other motivated.

Hi Kymmy - yay, us November BB girls are joining ranks, this is exciting lol! You're beautiful, I'll swap bodies with you any day. xx

Sterla- I am watching it too. So inspirational.
Lilias- I feel like that too but we can do it
Yowie- I have to not eat after dinner as well. I am a bad snacker. I plan to allow myself to have green tea at night as that will be slow to drink and healthy and keep me occupied.
