Hi guys! Well I am back. I wasn't so great while I was away as it was pretty hard so I am glad to be back and getting into everything again. I have gone through all of the messages that I got while I was away so although I won't have time to pm everyone back individually I have added everyone's details into the challenge.
    See you guys tomorrow!

I sat down today and read the chapter on my blood type in the eat right for your blood type book and funny thing is, when I eat what I should be eating then my weight isn't really an issue.

So I'm making a list of what I should be eating and will spend tomorrow afternoon going through my recipe books and getting out simple, yummy menu ideas.

I spent quite a few years cooking for people who weren't my blood type and fitting in with their needs/wants and as a result I've put on weight. Now it is my time to eat what is best for me.

The problem is I'm likely to have more than I should (and then fall off the wagon a bit too much for this week's measurements/weigh in)

re the Maca's and HJ's ... when the ads come on . I have to switch channels

I wanted to post that since Boxing Day I have lost 10 Kilo's, I weighed myself tonight. After work I was laying on the couch thinking "I feel a bit skinny ", I promptly hopped on the scales.

I would like to loose another 10 ... It's nice to know that the low fat eating works

My DH is an idiot and told me the wrong nutritional content for my Nando's dinner . He read the SAT fats instead of the normal fats out. It's okay though, I CKd it and it made me about 80cals over for today... which considering I only ate half the chips makes me technically 170 cals under....

My fave snacky food is Fruche - yummo!

Yeah, my plan is to cut back, not cut out. For instance... if I want to dunk biccies in my tea I'll just take one or two out of the tin, not sit with the biscuit tin and eat one after the other... have never counted how many i have.. but it is faaaar too many LOL. If I want chocolate I'll have one piece, not a few rows LOL. If nothing else, it's making me aware of how badly I do eat, and from there I'm just going to try and balance things out more.

And I'm consciously having a drink of water whenever I find myself hovering in the fridge looking for nothing in particular, or I grab a piece of fruit or something. Other than that, no real dieting going on here. Exercise has been minimal this week too oh well.
