need to get my butt into gear?

ok so i really need to loose atleast 20kg.
i am sick of doing fad diets that i loose heaps of weight on but once u stop it all piles back on.

i want to do exercise and eat helthy but there seems to be soooooooooo many dif ideas of wat is healthy.

these r a few things i have done so far.
    - changed frome white bread to multigrain (cant eat brown)
    - changed from full cream to lite milk
    - trying to eat more fruit ok ill be totally honest trying to eat atleast 1 peice of fruit lol.
    - cutting down meal sizes

does eating smaller frequent meals work better?
instead of 3 main meals and snacking?

i want to do swimming for exercise but my prob is i cant swim hahahahahahahahahaha well not prop. i have been when i can just holding on to bubs in her floaty ring and kicking up and down the pool will this do anything.
going for walks seems like a good idea too but it is so hot and when it is a good tiem to go i am always busy with tea or baths or other things.
exercise bike and tread mill i get board with. so i guess i just need to suck it up.

ok so who wants to join me with gettin their butt into gear and get moving.
i am goign ot come in here and post my weight weekly.

yes i will join you! i need some motivation. My ds is 1 and i still haven't got my but into gear to change the way i look. I look the same as the day he was born all out of shape. I have never been over 55kg in my life so at the moment i feel horrible.

swimming is great exercise, very toning but you need to swim laps fast to get your heart rate up to lose weight, but if you are happy just kicking along with dd i'm sure it will have some sort good effect, it can't be bad thats for sure!

anyway, let me know if you want to do this and i will certainly be in it.

    Hey honey..

I've written up a diet plan that goes between 1000 and 1300 calories a day, 2 weeks worth of meals - and I find it helps me stay on track because I can see what I can have for the day, and I don't need to get any takeaway cos its all planned ya know? All days I have put at least 2 pieces of fruit and 5 vegies on there (like ya supposed to), and chocolate nearly every day (can't live without my chocolate!)

If you like, I can email you a copy? See if it is something you would see yourself being able to follow?

Was going to say if you were in Brissy im trying to get a group of girls together for a BOOT CAMP - my brother is a personal trainer and is offering a special $30 per week for 2x45mins session for 6wks!

when i was losing weight for my wedding i calorie controlled everything and wrote down what i ate, and if you exerciesed that was extra calories you could eat if you wanted to - you get the book from the newsagency - it was awesome - i didnt feel like i was dieting and the weight just came off!!!

Mel - im going to send u a PM if you dont mind
