I'll join in too if that is ok. I'll start on the 1st. I have actually just ordered that book Sweet Poison from the library - tells you all about why sugar is reallyyyyyyyy bad for you and gives you strategies to live a sugar free life! Just need to wait till the bloody library opens again on the 4th and I'm off to get it!
Sweet poison.....fantastic book! Hard to follow one you start the sugar detox but so so worth it!

Have had some naughty foods but nothing over the top and have been walking again since the weather is nice

Home made pizza are fine in my books. I use Lebanese bread for the base, put lots a yummy topping and only a bit of cheese on top

Ok!! I'm starting tomorrow too. I like the idea of the sooner you start the sooner you finish!!

I will join in, I don't think I eat that much junk (as we don't have any takeaway up here apart from Fish & Chips) however I might suprise myself!

Are there and muffin/biscuit or similar recipes that are semi healthy that we can still have? Any ideas?

I have been so disgusting over Xmas I'm starting tomorrow.

I know I'll have an awful sugar withdrawal for a week or so - so I'll really need to come in here and whinge...

Unfortunately we got given sooo much chocolate for Xmas that it's going to be really tough not to have any!

I think I may need to start tomorrow. New Years turned out a bit bigger than I'd planned.

I know there was champagne..... and I know there were vodka jelly shots...... it's the in-between that I don't know!!!

Happy New Years girls! Hope you all had a great night! I'm off to 'pump and dump'!

Yules - it'll be cruskits and fruit all the way baby! hahaha!

I'm in too, but will have to start on the 3rd, as I will have one grumpy DH if we don't have cake and ice cream for his birthday tomorrow. We actually rarely have take away, but it's the chocolate and biscuits I need to cut out. Oh and cake and ice cream too but you can't do that on a birthday
