im eating healthily but just finding it impossible to stick to 1100 calories a day... not one day has gone by where i haven't allowed myself a treat, be it a can of coke, or a piece of cake, or at the momemt im eating weight watchers choc chip cookies.... i just don't seem to have any willpower whatsoever.... every single day i have eaten at least one piece of high calorie food which then makes all the other hard work i have done pointless. im not eating anywhere near the amount i was eating, so maybe thats a start??

hmmmmm im feeling like im never going to be able to eat the right amount to lose any weight... i probably need to exercise for 3 hours a day to work off all the extra calories i am consuming.
