I recently bought a book on Paleo, as well as Norishing Traditions and another one - Good Fats, Bad Fats I think. I am currently reading up on GAPS, so it may take a while to get onto it.

The main thing that makes these diets difficult is that the food we buy normally doesn't have the nutrients that the same food used to have. So you need to buy organic, which I find expensive. So much healthier though. For me, it's about nutrients per mounthful, rather than calories or whatever. How we digest things and gut health are important parts of it all. I may not do GAPS 100% but that's the closest I've found so far.

btw - on Oz Day, I made the most delicious GAPS friendly, paleo, grain free lemon coconut slice in the TMX. Unbelievably yummy and really easy.
