I have PCO, so not the full syndrome, and also had the most horrid time losing weight. I am currently into Week 9 of Weight Watchers and I have lost just over 8kg so far.

I recommend WW so much!!! I've learnt portion sizes, what each meal should contain, different meals/snacks.

I truely hope you find something to help you lose some weight.
    Good luck

How much does it cost? My friend has just redirected her last 2 weeks of jenny craig food to be delivered to my house, though this is not affordable to me in the long term!

There are a few different options which have different costs. I have the complete package including all my meetings costs and all on-line & mobile phone tools. It costs $65/month.

We were boring and bad eaters so the initial pantry set up cost a bit but week to week our grocery bill is roughly the same but our take away bill has dropped to nothing so we are actually infront with $$.

The best thing I like about it is we are learning how to eat properly and my entire family eat the same thing. I don't have to cook different meals for DH/kids. We are feeling so much better and are really enjoying the changes to our lifestyle.
