Thought I'd share that I have hit the 68's!!!! So excited! Now I can't wait till Monday (my official weigh day) to see if I get any lower than 68.8kg's

ryatha they sound like some great rewards and goals For fluid retention the oldest trick in the book is to soak a teaspoon of fennel seeds in boiling water for 5 mins than strain and drink... I just leave the seeds in the water because I like the taste and poor the brew into my 1 ltr bottle to sip on throughout the morning so maybe give that a try aswell as the massage (which I loooove)... Also make sure you get the laser hair removal from somewhere that does it properly and make sure it is a referral from a friend who has had it done at that place and it has worked for them.. I say this because about 6 years ago I paid over $600 to have it done on my underarms and all it did was HURT HEAPS I still have just as much hair grow under my arms I have heard of it working occasionally but I would never get it done again unless a friend had it work for them and told me where they got it done.
