    Excellent work girls!
    20kg is awesome Krysalyss!
And Nai, almost 3kg already is fantastic for someone who doesn't have a huge amount of weight left to lose!
Snacks, any loss is great when you haven't been very strict for the week. Well done.

So I have decided to weigh in a day early as DH and I are going out tonight and I plan to eat and drink to my heart's content. Probably won't get good results if I weigh tomorrow.

Anyway, as of this morning I was 65.6kg, down 400g from last wednesday.
    Bust: 93cm (no change)
    Waist: 71.5cm (down 0.5cm)
    Hips: 96cm (down 3cm)
Not too bad at all, me thinks.
Hopefully, if I am good for the rest of the week I can cancel out tonight's damage and get down to the 64's next Wednesday. I wish I had my ob's scales. They always weighed me 2kg lighter than my home ones, I would already be in the 63's.

I finally went for a run with the 2 boys in the pram on Sunday. I managed to run the whole 3km to the park so was pretty pleased with myself. Now I don't really have any excuse for not running at all, even when DH can't come with me. Except the heat... maybe I can try that.

    Happy exercising.

    Hi girls

Snacks & berrme Thanks girls, it's nice to know I am inspiring someone

Well done to the girls who are hitting the 66's and the 65's WOOOHOOO I will be totally excited when I get there!

AFM my losses are kinda heaps smaller than what I'd hope to see but I know a loss is a loss only 200 grams for me yesterday and I was really hoping to be at least 68.4kg so that I could move my ticker along to loosing 4kg but I ended up on 68.5kg instead.... I am gonna really step up my workouts for more often and longer sessions so that i can really start to see something decent on the scales

I should have waited till today, the scales just said 65.4. Oh well, it will make my results look better next week.

Well done, Cherished. You will be moving that ticker very soon.

Well done everyone! I have had a bad week not working out as much as I should have and eating naughty things that I am glad I didn't have weight gain in the weigh in this morning.

    My details are now
    Weight: 74.6kg
    Bust: 94cm
Waist: 80cm (2cm loss this week)
Hips: 103cm (1cm loss this week)

The good thing too is that my pants do up nicely instead of stretching to the max to be done up

I have a cranky baby so best be off. Keep up the good work everyone.

as for me - Dh and i are back from holidays, its a hard life going on a cruise without the kids.....pity about all the food on offer though , anyhow the 1 and a bit kg i had lost before we went has all but come back. The Wii is telling me i am less than my starting weight so i will post my results next week and go from there.

We're half way girls! 6 weeks until christmas!!!

And I am so thrilled to say that this morning I was 68.4kg so I can finally move that ticker along to 4kg's lost int he last 6 weeks

berme I can't wait to be 65.4! Well done hon I remember hovering around 65 for a few years thinking I needed to loose weight! I's funny how now I can't wait to be 65 lol

Tinsel it sure is nice to have pants do up nicely rather than being really tight or worse still having to buy larger ones... For me getting back into old pants was such an achievement

Kas I would fnid all that food really tempting too and would no doubt put on way more than 1 and a bit kg's so you have done really well... Today is a new day

Hi everyone! Well I put on 500g this week eek! But I still lost a cm around my tummy so maybe it is just AF coming. I have also got my pre-AF fatigue so probably.
Its a big exercise week for me as DH and DS are in Brisbane and I am cycling everywhere. It feels good though. Except on my way home from soccer tonight I was enjoying myself then got abused by some aggressive alcoholics on the corner of my block. I got called an f'ing c etc. They went on and on till I was gone. I rode straight past my house cos I didn't want them to know where I lived then had to back around the block with my lights off so they didn't see me. So awful. Don't understand why people have to be so aggressive.
Anyway I am hoping for a decent loss this week. I want to get as far away from 66kg as I can!
Hope you are all doing well

Nai still great that you hd a loss

Krys awwww that is just horrible!!! I would have been in tears good on you for riding everywhere though

Well my weigh in yesterday was a little disapointing! On sunday I was 68.1kg so I expected to be in the 67's yesterday but was back up to 68.6!!! oh well I know the 67's arent' too far away

zippidy-doo-dah, I have made it into the 64s!!!! I haven't been in the 64s for many many years.

    weight: 64.8kg (down 800g)
    bust: 93cm (no change)
    waist: 71cm (down 0.5cm)
    hips: 95cm (down 1cm)

Finally it feels like I am getting somewhere again. It is only 1.7kg so far, but after sitting at 66.5 for about a month before starting this challenge it feels great!!

Krysalyss and Cherished1, try not to worry about being up again. I weighed myself on Sunday after a big pizza meal Saturday night and I was 66kg! Lucky that wasn't weigh in day. I am sure it will be gone again in no time!

Cherished1, I have almost always hovered between 65 and 67kg and have always thought I needed to lose more weight. After babies it feels so thin. I think everyone should be just a little bit fat at some point to get some perspective.

Kas, well done not putting on more while you were away!! I hope you have some good results to report this week.

Tinsel, woohoo for your pants fitting. Soon they will be too big and you will have to buy new ones.

Anyway, just got home from training so I'm off to have a shower and make some lunch...I'm starving.
Keep it up girls, you're doing well!

AFM I cracked the 67's today with 67.9kg so exciting. hope i can budge even more for my official weigh in on Monday

Sorry everyone, I have been off air for a while. Had such a crap week last week.
I am all geared up to weigh in on Monday though. Have to replace the batteries in the wii fit before then! (Bit tricky given I'll be interstate for the day tomorrow, LOL!) Hopefully I'll get my act together this week anyway... I mustn't fall off the wagon.
Congrats you girls on reaching some great goals

Wow guys, you are doing really well!

I however haven't been going so well the last 2 weeks but at least I haven't gained any weight. Snacks, I am on the Wii as well but doing the EA Sport Active which I quite like but I have only done 2 workouts in the last 2 weeks I am determined to get my butt into gear this week especially since we have the portable air conditioner out and working in this heat.

That sounds good, Tinsel. I'm using the wii fit to weigh myself because it is more accurate than my dodgy bathroom scales! I haven't been so great on the wii workouts - I think I am a bit bored of them. Just trying to get out with the girls in the stroller, but like you say, it's hard in the heat. Good on you for not gaining. I've no idea what my weight's done over the last couple of weeks. But I have been in tears for much of that time so perhaps I have lost a bit in fluid, LOL!

this morning I was 67.6kg wooohooo hope it's even less tomorrow!

Loved my activity yesterday... I went to the beach and took my heart rate monitor, I kicked out in the ocean for 30 mins and than went back in for another 10mins, than later in the night while watching tv I did pilates (hips, buns and thighs) on our fluffy rug, so happy with my loss and felt great doing it
