Be careful with spirulina, everyone I know that has used it regularly has ended up with kidney stones (three people). It may be a coincidence, but just be careful.

also with spiralina, everyone who I know who has had it reports that ANY food with ANY fat in it, ends up going straight through them.

I take spirulina and it's great for me. I also have used wheat grass but for me spirulina is better. I've not had any of the things that others in here mention.

It does taste a bit ordinary - you can make a smoothy with some LSA, yoghurt and berries and that makes a very nutritious drink that tastes yummy. Or as someone else said just down it fast with a chaser of water!

    I recommend it personally.

I think you should see your specialist first Danni, some of these may affect your thyroid. Apparently Broccoli can be bad for you with thyroid issues.
