Cheezel, there are heaps of great workouts you can do at home. I looked on you-tube when I needed a some inspiration for ab workouts and there were hundreds. I avoid the ones with fembots because they are depressing and do the boxing ones.
Also all the classics work just fine (push-us, sit-ups, lunges, squats, steps etc). Skipping is an amazing cardio work-out. Have you heard of the Wiggles workout? Basically you just watch the Wiggles with your littlie and do all the actions and dancing. Those Wiggles move a lot.
Pandora, thanks for mentioning water. I did well this morning but I've slacked off this afternoon.
I hurt today but on the plus side I cracked 4000m in under 20 minutes on the rowing machine this morning :) and while I was doing it I noticed at my 10 minute stop for water that my left arm was a bit tingly because my iPod holder was too tight and needed loosening. Yep, I have a bicep now :D
