Hi everyone!!
I have just joined TF and really looking forward to it. I started on Sunday and i hope i do ok. I have STACKS to loose...i feel very bad letting myself go so far...but now im doing it for my girls and of course myself!!!
I have a friend who is doing it and going really well...he is my motivation.
My only problem atm is the water intake and getting my head around 4 protiens a day!!!

Lastnight for dinner i made the mince burritos (but with chicken breast) from the cookbook..was yummo! My fave shake is chocolate and fav soup is pumpkin!
Natural woman- Whilst you have said some great things, for some...your way of weight loss just isnt possible. Ive tried for many years and ended up eatting bad, if not worse then before i tried dieting. Im sure diets like TF have been researched otherwise they would not be sold? Some peopkle dont have the skinny gene and we do what we have to to get results![]()
