For me, I go on weight, Heart rate, and how I feel. It's important for me to be under a certain weight for personal reasons. I don't rely on measurements because unless you take them in exactly the same spot each time, you get variations.

How I feel is important to me. Am I lethargic? Is my digestive system sluggish? Is my skin dreadful? All kinds of things really.

I place a big emphasis on my objective obs as well such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure - all indicators of health and fitness.

Oh. And I love/hate/love my trainers fancy pants scales that tell you your percentage of body fat. Although being pregnant confuses them

I am the same as MG. I usually go on weight first then how I feel & look (skin wise, wobbly bits etc...)

How I look and my measurements and my fitness levels (need to start wearing my HRM more often). I haven't stood on scales in months. I am wearing clothes now that I couldn't wear a month or so ago because they were too tight.

I try to eat as healthy as possible, yes I have slip-ups but I don't beat myself up over it. I have minimal amounts of processed food in the house. I rarely have bread, rice or pasta at home. I will eat what I like, but in moderation. If I want chocolate, I'll get a small block of Green & Blacks 80% dark because I know I can't get through one before my chocolate craving is satisfied, but I know I could eat a family block of dairy milk.
