I slide mine up my legs to my knees as I sit up, helps me stay focused on my tummy muscles better.

KM, most of us only started a few days ago. Mainly pain at this stage!

Ok i did my 75... had to have a break between the 50 and the last 25.. but i got there...

I also discovered that i literally CAN NOT do it without using my arms to help me up a bit.. so my personal goal is after the seven weeks to actually be able to them properly- and even though im not doing them 100% right now- IT STILL HURTS lol So i have come to conclusion that having my arms kind of under my butt is what works for me- i still use my stomach muscels, but i have that support there too- which i hope the stronger i get the less i will rely on it!!

I am going to buy some scales on monday too- and i have been using my excercise bike semi regularly, which i will step up a bit and make sure i do either bike or situps in the morning and then the other at night. So far i average 2ks in 5 minutes on the bike (on the 2nd lowest setting) so i will hopeully up that a bit too!!!

MANTRA>>>>>> I WILL LOOK DAMN HOT IN SWIMMERS THIS SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!

I've got a video of the plank which I used in the Fat Chic Slim 'around the world' weekly challenge...There are options for beginners and advanced people. You can make it a challenge by seeing how long you can hold it for in one hit (for me on average its about 15 mins, but remember, I have a big background in the fitness industry, so don't use me as a benchmark, 4-5 mins would be pretty darn impressive).

    (I hope you're on FB....)

If so, log onto to FB and search for Fat Chic Slim - there are 2, they're both mine though, but go to the Group (we no longer use the group - so don't join that one, (its just the location where the plank video is) however you're all welcome to join the other FCS page). Click on the 'video' tab, and watch the video titled 'plank / hover'.

In the event you can't view the video without join - just send me the request to join and I'll approve it.

FYI - on you tube there are other challenge type exercises I had videoed for the Fat Chic Slim challenges I gave the girls - just type in Fat Chic Slim into the search field in you tube and take your pick !
