I got one. I really like it. I guess it would work better if I used it but not the Wii's fault... I'm either too busy, or cbb.
I think it would work ok if you used it along with other excercise IYKWIM, not just on it's own. But for something to do while the kids are asleep, or on a rainy day etc... well, that was my intention anyway ....
we have it. i used it alot when we first got it, but then got PG & it was shelved for a while (didn't want to hear it telling me i'd always put on weight ). i enjoy playing it but, like fleur said, would just use it on its own as a method of weight loss. i know some people have had quite a lot of success, but i like something a bit more strenuous by the way of exercise for weight loss.
DP & i have had a lot of fun doing things like the hula hoop.
Before I fell pg , I used my wii maybe 2-4 times a week. It is quick, easy and convenient for me to use. I even used it until about 18ish wks pg. The kids loved it too and would do the exercises with me if I did it when they were awake. I hadn't lost any weight with it since I fell pg, but I can let you know how I go after bubs is here. I think it's worth the moeny since it's not just a console for exercising with, it's also alot of fun to use for the games too!! And the games are exercise most of the time too. You can hire games if they're too exxy to buy all the time, or just to try before you buy! I found it fun and useful if I couldn't be bothered to go out for a walk or whatever. Plus I can use it indoors on really hot/cold/rainy days and I don't have to wait til DH is home to looka fter the kids so I can go out of the house if it's not convenient.
