    Hello lovely ladies!
I am going to join in here (again) I posted in the first thread and then forgot about it
I am using Weight Watchers to lose my weight. WW is the only way I know I will stay on track because I just have no willpower any other way I am trying to get out and walk when I can but I live in a hilly area and pushing a pram with 2 kids = around 40kgs, so it's a fair workout and wrecks me for the rest of the day

My starting weight is 79kg with the aim of getting down to 65kgs

Wow guys, these shakes must really be working! Another kilo down today and that gives me 10kgs down!!!! I am now the same weight i was when i fell pregnant with DD almost 5 years ago! Woohoo!! Hope I can hold it through the weekend, I don't like df to know that I am having shakes so am just going to have normal meals as he would be annoyed and tell me to just eat healthy food blah blah blah...

Also, I have made it to my hip measurement goal, but have another 3cms for my waist and about 5 for my chest to go.

Saw my gp yesterday and don't have diabetes thankfully! Also, my thyroid is functioning normally, but I do have high cholesterol and high uric acid so I need to work on lowering those, she said the Csiro diet will do wonders, so will look into that

I'm a bit nervous about weigh-in tomorrow, but I have exercised 6 days of 7 which is what I wanted. Walked more again yesterday & today. Might even manage a run again this week

sending everyone good vibes for the scales/tape measure!

    Hey Ladies...

Sorry I have been MIA for a while.... BUT I did lose 1,2 kg since the weigh-in last week... YAY Have been busy, as I am trying to start my own business, only a few clients so far, but they give me work 5 days a week-cleaning their houses etc...

My week looks like this atm:
Monday- 1 h pilates session, rest of the day off
    Tuesday- Cleaning approx 3-4 h
    Wednesday- Cleaning 2 h
    Thursday- Cleaning 4-4,5 h
    Friday- Cleaning 4,5 h
    Saturday- Relaxing ??
    Sunday- Cleaning 2,5 h

I am also trying to get in some walks, but it is quite hard to find the time...

Does anyone know how many calories I would burn when doing my work (cleaning)?? Have tried to use a step counter, but don't know if it is accurate...

I also got accepted to TAFE, and will be starting in a few weeks... Think I might try to walk to and from, it's not that far (or at least I think it isn't), instead of driving, and having to pay for parking... $12 a day...

    Gotta go... Bedtime...

    See ya soon...

Great losses everyone I didn't weigh in before I left for hols but boy is it going to be bad when I get home! Tons of drinking, hardly any control over what I am eating as the main meals are shared, and, I was so exhausted and upset today I bought myself a works burger for lunch which was MASSIVE! Plus, maccas on the way here and probably back again!

Hopefully tomorrow is a better day, I was planning on taking the kids to the bakery for breaky + a coffee so we don't wake everyone up and then going for a huge walk along the beach with ds in the ergo, but then remembered it's Australia day so the bakery may not be open! Probably for the best though that I just do the walk! Lol.

I'm at crescent head, halfway between port Macquarie and coffs harbour, my extended family have been coming here since I was a baby, it's so strange now coming here with my kids!

Nice! We went to Port Macquarie a few years back, stayed at Manning Point. Beautiful spot! Would be pretty awesome with your kids, rediscovering all the places you played at. Have a great time
