Ok so i have heard from a few people that they tried...Colonic Hyrotherapy and lost fair chunk of weight averaging at about 5kg as it gets rid of all the ah.. toxins from ur body, has anyone tried this or would try it?..
Honestly i think i would call me crazy, but my friend lost 7 kg from doing it . wat do you guys think?? maby its what i need to kickstart my weightloss
I'd definitely do it... actually I have wanted to do it for years but have never got the nerve up to actually do it. I suffer from IBS and apparently it can help a lot.
sorry this is prob a silly question whats IBS ? im in the same boat as you am wanting to do it but im trying to get someone to do it with me lol except no one seems to want to..lol
One place I looked at charges $195 for the first visit and $99 for the subsequent visits... they recommend 6 visits in total.
I find it interesting that it can help with alll sorts of issues including gall stones. I wish I knew that 12-ish years ago.
Thanks mr squidipa- i agree with that of course, but it will be in conjunction with excercise and good diet, i guess it would be like a new start to removing all the toxins which will then help your metabolism im not looking at it like a quick fix
Ella-i live 15 min from byron, mullumbimby nxt time u visit your family should do the colonic hydrotherepy session with me lol
or we could go get a cofee or something haha
xx em
My mum had this done a few years ago. She went to about 6 sessions and she said it was fantastic. She not only lost weight, but she felt cleansed and really healthy afterwards.
TD, I'd be interested in the answer as well. I think CI is meant to be really gentle and a great way to do a bit of a 'spring clean.'
I considered it after my IVF stim cycle, cause all the hormones backed me up, but I wasn't allowed to because I might have been pregnant at the time. I was actually disappointed to not be allowed to do it and hope I'll have the chance in the future.
I say give it a go...and let me know what it's like!
ive booked my apointment no backing out now...(unless i cancel lol)
on the 11th next month eeek
it costs 100 dollars ill have to let u all no how it goes wish me luck lol
I have issues with my bum, recently had to have something similar to a varicose vein lanced "there". Not painful, but might be a factor when getting it done? I was also thinking about it, as the dr (as she was getting ready to lance) asked about my movements. I consider myself regular (which I told her) but apparently it turns out my regular is constipated...
