To WW or not to WW?

I can't decide what to do. Slug it out myself to lose this last 5kg or join weight watchers again. I've done WW before with huge success.

But have also done it alone with huge success.

My motivation levels are not great at the moment but I have a wardrobe full of clothes that I can't get past this pesky 5kg left of baby weight. That should be motivation enough!

    What to dooooooooooo??????

When I first started losing weight, I did it on my own, but part of that reason was I couldn't afford to do WW. Does the budget allow it?

WW can be a help, but I didn't find anyone I bonded with to make my journey more of a success. Not sure I'll re-join after baby, now that they've changed their points systems.

    Bert of luck!

I've also had huge success on WW before (classic yoyo'er), and now just joined WW online, am finding the new point system really good

Depends on how you want to do things?? Finding the movitivation to begin day 1 is often the hardest. Damn I hate you day one!!

If you're feeling particularly slack - jenny craig is good, as they prepare the meals for you

Its up to you really! I love WW, as I can feed the whole family the same food

WARNING: Absolutely Completely Bias here! (as a WW employee).

I say go back. You say you need a bit of extra motivation and enthusiasm, hopefully you can find this at your meeting, and remember that WW have just introduced a new ProPoints program! What do you have to loose?!? (besides weight that is ).
