It may not sound exciting but my favorite snack when loosing weight - and even now - is heated refried beans and home made salsa, topped with a bit of mushed avocado and low fat natural yogurt eaten with rice crakers... really low fat, high vege content, warm and filling... I really want some now!

For breakfast, carmen's mueslie with yogurt & tinned fruit pulp. Fills me up for the day
Popcorn for snacks. (dry)
For lunch, mountain bread spead with avocado and filled with alfalfa, lettuce, shredded beetroot and tuna.
I'm a huge fan of spinich and mushroom over pasta with a tiny blob of ricotta cheese. The more spinich and mushies the better![]()
