For breakfast, carmen's mueslie with yogurt & tinned fruit pulp. Fills me up for the day
Popcorn for snacks. (dry)
For lunch, mountain bread spead with avocado and filled with alfalfa, lettuce, shredded beetroot and tuna.
I'm a huge fan of spinich and mushroom over pasta with a tiny blob of ricotta cheese. The more spinich and mushies the better![]()
