Washing powder for cold water?

For ages, we have always used radiant washing powder. Mainly because it was what mum used and it worked well...

But since they changed to these new concentrated, use less stuff... I've had a lot of trouble with undissolved powder on my washing. I'm not over-loading the machine, and even using the longest wash cycle it still happens. I'm over it! The only thing I can do to stop it happening is to wash in warm water, but we don't have off-peak hot water here, so that's not really a financially viable option.

So... what do you use? And do you have sensitive skin and is it ok?

have you tried to dissolve it in a cup of warm water first then adding it??

we use Euca powder but i wash in warm water, in saying that its a front loader so warms the water rather than using hot fromt eh tap

We don't use laundry powder as we were told using the liquid can extend the life of the washing machine.
I use Dynamo liquid and it works brilliantly. Raidant make a liquid too but I feel it isn't as good as Dynamo.

Biozet here - excellent at getting food stains out of messy eaters, big and little. I tend not to use as much as recommended. It is phosphate free too. Bit more exxy than the cheaper end but works well. DH has supersensitive skin and is fine.
