Eventually worked!
If you keep trying by pressing the button, it eventually works. It did for me after a few minutes!

Sorry for the late reply, but I would suggest vinegar and water mix, or descaling liquid (if you own a pod coffee machine, you probably have this at home anyway, or supermarkets sell it, or look up how to make it yourself online if you make a lot of coffee, lol)
