dish cloths...yuk!

I bought one of those big rolls of chux and I change clothes everyday or every second day at most and I've only just run out. That was 6 months of dish cloths!!!! Im getting another one this week. Save so much money!

When I used to use a regular cloth I would soak it every couple of days. Now I use the Enjo bench top cloth, and I love it!!! Can just chuck it in the washing machine and it smells bewdiful again Saves lots of money, and the environment! Plus, it honestly does a better job of cleaning than the chemicals, I swear!!!

20 - 30 seconds for a wet chux in the microwave and you'll have it smelling new. It cooks the bacteria. Learnt it on a domestic goddess show. Same can be done with sponges (NOT METAL ONES!) and I've even done it with enjo. Make sure you have somewhere to hang them that is airable. i have this nifty little holder that sticks to my sink that holds sponges and I neutralise cloths in the microwave and hang them over the tap. This also helps them to dry quickly. If you're really desperate chuck them in the dishwasher with the rest of the stuff. that cleans them too just make sure they are secured properly or you'll end up with them burning on the element.

I put my sponges in the microwave too to kill off any nasties.

boomba - ENJO rocks !!! i just spent over $1000 on the stuff and now my house sparkles !! i dont have any chemicals in my house apart from my laundry and even then its all green and eco-ey love the stuff !!!!!
everything stays cleaner for longer to ..

back in the BE days (Before Enjo) i used the thicker dish coths or chux brand only , if it got smelly i would soack in bleach (how nasty now that im a convert) and wash them . and reuse them i am a frugal queen

i also nuked them for 2 mins on high in the microwave to kill bacteria , if you wash in warm soapy water then nuke em they come out smelling fresh AND its the best way to loosen any caked on food in the microwave , makes it oh so easy to clean

I have crocheted cloths, lots of them. Cotton, so able to be bleached and hung in sunlight!
