    It's not actually a light it's the colour of the rinse aid which fades as it gets empty so since vinegar is clear you wouldn't get the same effect.
    Oh! LOL! Well there you go! Ever since we moved in (in January!) I've thought it was broken hahahahahahaha! Thanks Tinks!
