I dont have a list as such but I have recently started doing 1 room a day & marking it in my diary or calendar so I know whats been done & just try to keep cycling it. So far, so good.
I do a load of laudry every day or 2 & either hang it on the line outside or in bad weather I set up the camping clothesline inside, which holds 1-2 loads

My weekly schedule is something like this:

Monday - Change towels, washing, FDC for DS so I try to do a project (baby book, needlework, cook and freeze meal ready for when #2 arrives), stuff that is hard to get done when a little one is around. We do the food shop once I pick up DS from FDC.
Tuesday - Clean ensuite bathroom, fold clothes.
Wednesday - Change sheets, we have playgroup on this day in the morning.
Thursday - Change towels, washing, vacuum entire house, mop.
Friday - Clean guest bathroom, fold clothes, ironing.
Saturday - Washing, usually only 2 loads.
    Sunday - Nothing!

I try to leave little for the weekend so we can spend time together as a family and I feel like I've done my "working week" so to speak.

I also keep the kitchen spotless each night and DH empties the dishwasher in the morning before he leaves for work.

Wish my Dh would do the dishwasher each morning!

I just bought Speed Cleaning for $12 - used but in good condition! Bargain!!! (inc postage)
